Constantly Drops WiFi Requiring Reset - It's honestly the most disappointing I've ever purchased from Best Buy. Bought it to replace and older Orbi that worked great, but I wanted faster speed and better range. With this junk I got neither. Needs a reset at least twice a week as devices can no longer connect. Not just cell phones, but every Ring cam and wi-fi plug I have. And when it is connected, it's not consistent at all with speed. This is on Comcast. No excess splitters, no interference, changed channels, CTS/RTS Thresholds, MTU size, beam-something. Still junk. If I could get my money back I'd go back to the old Orbi.

Netgear Nighthawk - Was easy to setup. That in itself makes a major impact on my review of this product. I'm a senior citizen and it's very difficult for me to do things like this. Does the job - Easy to install (by someone who doesn't know what they're doing). The hardest part was navigating the xfinity app. The device seems to work well.
Replaced broken ArrisBest Buy only similar stocked - Customer service for Nighthawk was excellent, format and set up was not as easy and up automatic like Arris, but after contacting Nighthawk customer service, all good.
NETGEAR - Great ROUTER-MODEM-COMBO - This Router setup process is quick and provides reliable and consistent connectivity, offers great value at this cost and it is pretty easy to install with strong performance, and wide range.

Modem replacement - Very pleased with the modem/router combination. I didn’t set up the modem. Our internet provider did everything for me.
Nighthawk router and modem - Difficult installation. Multiple calls to Netgear & Spectrum. Was very frustrating, never had so many problems with installing a router. Works great once done.
The best you can buy - I been buying other brands such as Motorola, this is more reliable and you don't have to reset it when power down or internet is down
Works well - It took a little while to get this unit to cooperated with our wi-fi but then it has worked very well ever since
