1. Return Eligibility & Terms

• Return Window: 30 calendar days from the confirmed delivery date.
• Condition of Items: We accept both defective/damaged items and remorse/change-of-mind returns. Items should be returned in original condition with all included accessories, cables, manuals, and retail packaging.
• Restocking Fee: $0.00 (Zero Restocking Fee) on all eligible returns.
• Return Shipping Cost: FREE ($0.00) — EverZento provides a prepaid return shipping label via email for all approved returns within the 30-day window.

2. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our returns department at [email protected] or call (888) 419-6820 with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Within 24 business hours, we will email your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid USPS/UPS return shipping label.
3. Ship the package back to our returns facility: EverZento Retail LLC — Returns Dept, 500 Yale Ave N, Suite 300, Seattle, WA 98109, United States.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our Seattle facility, we will process your full refund within 3 to 5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied back to your original payment method (PayPal balance, credit card, or debit card).
