Customer reviews
Write a reviewGreat quality mouse - The mouse is very quick. I like the plug in feature compared to wireless since it can last all day! Highly recommended!
Great Mouse - The Logitech G502 has been an excellent mouse, and I honestly do not have anything bad to say about it. It feels comfortable in my hand, tracks accurately, and works extremely well for both gaming and everyday computer use. The buttons are placed conveniently and give me plenty of options for assigning shortcuts, controls, and other functions. The mouse feels responsive and precise, especially in competitive games where consistent aiming and quick inputs matter. I also really like having the additional side buttons because they are useful without making the mouse feel overcrowded or confusing. The software makes it easy to adjust the DPI, customize the buttons, and save settings based on my preferences. Overall, the G502 is comfortable, reliable, highly customizable, and performs exactly how I want it to. I have not experienced any meaningful problems with it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a versatile gaming mouse that is also great for regular daily use.
Great - I love to use this! It really works ! Great for gaming !
Order it - Great product, love the nice feel. Operates flawlessly.
Logitech g502x mouse - It a awesome upgrade from my old mouse logitech g502
Possible replacement for the Corsair Ironclaw? - For me it was not the mouse I had hoped so I had to return it. I have what can be considered a large-size hand (about 4 1/2in/11.4cm in width, about 7 1/2in/19cm in length from palm base to top of middle finger) and I prefer to use the palm grip on computer mice. My current daily driver is the Corsair Ironclaw wired with a broken scroll wheel (apparently the scroll wheel is known to be a problem from Corsair mice but I digress). Doing some researching online, the G502 X was mentioned as a possible palm mouse replacement. I bought the Ironclaw wired at the time on sale for $50 and and bought the G502 X wired on sale for $60. The Ironclaw wired has a tall and wide body where I can generally rest my hand in a comfortable palm grip so my pinky finger isn't being dragged across the mouse pad. The G502 X wired is a bit shorter so I had to cup the body more, not as wide so my pinky finger is hanging off the mouse so it's rubbing the mouse pad, and not as long so I had to switch to a semi-claw grip. The Ironclaw wired has a braided cable while the G502 X wired does not.
Great mouse but not as nice as the old g500. I had the g500 for many years and liked the adjustable weight. The 502 doesn’t have that. So, if you’re used to a weighted mouse this takes some adjusting. It seems a bit flimsy in comparison as well but, that doesn’t seem to affect its use. So, overall usability is great.
Improved from original with reduced weight. - Loved the original 502 except the weight. This new version is slightly improved upon the original in most areas and most importantly with much reduced weight. Almost perfect. Just wished Logitech retained the old braided cable instead of the new rubber cable, then it would be perfect
Great mouse good value too! - Great mouse upgraded from a g502 hero and the weight reduction alone worth it!
the worst product - I have been using mouse over 35 years, this is the worst of all.
Insane mouse - Does great work for the price. Laser is very accurate.
Mouse - No great at all, the quality is not the best. The mouse was broken soon
Most bang for your buck - If you want the functionality of the 502 models but don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on the wireless mouse, this is the way to go.
Logitech G502 - Great mouse for gaming, until my dog destroyed it :)
Works great on Mac - Works great but to get it working on the Mac you have to add Logitech G HUB to: Privacy & Security > Input Monitoring and also to Accessibility
Nice feel. Great movement. Very acurate for cad programs. Would definitely buy again.
Lightweight Alternative to G502 Hero - Unlike the G502 Hero, it doesn’t have an option for adjustable weights, but if you’re into light mice, this is a solid choice. I removed the optional side button because it slightly got in the way of my thumb, though this does mean losing one customizable button.
G502X corded mouse - I have an older G502 but the cord is starting to fray after several years, so I got this newer version G502X. So far so good. The original performs very well, and this new one looks almost the same. Feels better to the touch. I use it mostly for autocad and pdf, so I really don’t need something this fancy. I game occasionally, so at least my mouse can handle it.
Favorite mouse - [Employee of bestbuy] This is personally my favorite mouse, in a cheaper and faster form. I like a wide mouse with a bit of weight to it. The many programmable buttons on this help a ton and logitechs software is great.
