Plugged it into the "Wrong Hole"------ - It worked fine after the Geek Squad fella came and politely pointed out that I had plugged into the "Wrong Hole"....The fella at the store said to plug it into the back of the tower---was only one spot not already taken---so I plugged it in----when I got the Zoom Link I could see and hear them but they couldn't see or hear me......So ---Called the Geek Squad---fortunately the fella that came was the one who did the set up---a Dell Desk Top.....Brent looked at it and calmly said---this needs to be plugged in on the front side----I didn't know there were outlets on the Front Side---Plugged it in---and we were live ! Zoom Call made successfully on Monday---I am a Big Fan !
