Good functional device - I bought this to use an old laptop hdd as a back up drive. The drive fits snug in the case, the entire thing can sit comfortably out of the way on a desk or table, and there's no set-up needed. Just slot the ssd or hdd in, snap it closed, and it reads like a regular external drive.

very easy to use - i use it at home and it is very easy. files are safe and secure

Great product bought two of them would buy more - Works great with buying more. Would definitely tell my friends to go there and get help at Best buy

Was easily installed - This part was what went bad on my external hard drive. The technician in the service department was able to detect that and replace it with a new and it now works fine.

Great! - It is a good product; it works well with my laptop. I recommend buying it if you need it.

Enclosure works great! - My son needed a good external drive enclosure to store his school files and a few games for on the go. This enclosure works well and protects the drive great!

Recovered Data from Corrupted Harddrive - This product, along with software found online, has been great for recovering files that I thought were lost on a corrupted hard drive.

Easy to use - The best thing, in my opinion, is when a new connection device is easy to connect and works without complicated set up. This device meets my criteria. I like that and you most likely will too.

Needed to access old ssd - This product allowed me to access my ssd externally and kept good read and write speeds. Great product when internal sata ports are being used.

Inexpensive and worked well to recover files. - Inexpensive and worked well. Recovered the data from a drive from my dead PC by enabling me to plug it in as an external drive to my new PC and transfer files.

10/10 - Got a new laptop and thia is a life saver. My.laptop has a small drive and i can use my 1tb ssd as a external one for games

Good, nice and cheap price. - Easy to use and connects very quickly, but opening the enclosure and installing my SSD was a bit tricky. This model is different from others of its kind. I recommend changing the opening and closing mechanism for the SSD compartment; it can get damaged if you try to open it.

Cheap in price and quality - While the price was much cheaper than competitors, so is it's construction. The case bends and flexes pretty easily. But the 2 star ding is all b/c of how difficult it is to get the cover off. That task alone takes up half the time of the setup since it's hard plastic everywhere, adding some ribs or even a rubber strip would help.

no issues with enclosure - Had to replace an older drive with a newer SSD drive and the disk enclosure worked great, was able to use it.

Good way to keep an old laptop drive useful - Scrapping an old laptop, pulled the hard drive before recycling. IT easily plugs into this and makes for a portable hard drive

HDD enclosure - The enclosure is light and easy to use. I put an SSD in and had no problems.

HD Enclosure - Convenient for the multitude of harddrives that you collect over the years.

Great option for unused SSDs - I have two of these for a Raspberry Pi 4 server and they are great. A great option if you have some spare SATA SSDs lying around. They work as expected.
