Great printer with the worst interface and manual - The printer is awesome. I keep printing and the ink doesn't finish. This tank system is great. My only problem is that it doesn't come with a manual. When you click "Get Support" in the HP Smart App, it takes you to HP website that it does everything except giving you the support you need. The buttons on the printer are the least intuitive (there is a green, white page that you don't know if it is for copy, printing, or whatever). HP needs to work a bit on the user interface for less tech savvy people like me.

No over priced subscription! - Replaced my hp 5000 all in one with this. I am very glad I did. Prints nicely and quick. And I now know where my ink levels are I can keep a set of bottle on hand an NO MORE monthly fee!
Great Printer - So far the printer is woring great! It did take a little bit to get it connected to my computer so we could print wireless but it is working great!
Great Printer! - Was looking for printer that used bottle refills to save on price of ink and had ablity to print on both sides of page. Found it easy setup and great quality print. I would recommend choosing this printer.

Bad buy at Best Buy - The thing stopped working after about a year. Couldn’t connect it to WiFi after so many attempts. Took it back during a special where if you brought your old copy machine you can use it as trade in, and only got a $30 discount on a new one. Would not recommend.
Good printer choice - The printer works great. I like the idea of being able to replace only the colors of ink that I need. My only complaint is that you have to scan using the HP app. You can’t do it from the printer.
Nice effective printer - Simple to set up. Appears to be just as advertised and works well for home application.

waste of money and my time - it does not work as a printer as it will not communicate with my desk top or lap top. I had to replace it once and 2nd one works no better than the first.

I've always liked HP inkjets - It's quiet and fast enough for my home office. I like the low, not too wide size. Finding the right driver in my old computer was a little tricky. And I do wish the paper load spot was more convenient (you can't see when paper is low and you have to pull out that covered drawer whenever you print two sides).
HP Smart Tank 7001 - I think most of my issues stem from connection to wifi. I have given up and use a cord from the printer to the laptop to make sure that the printing job is completed without mishaps. It does the job, but requires patience.
BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!! - All I can say is that I hope I don’t have to give it any stars. I had this printer for two years. Only used it less than ten times. Never liked the quality of the prints, and mostly used it when printing out the test page to see if I could get a better print. I thought I’d try it again, and now it says I’m out off paper. Well I’m not,and have been trying everything I can to get it to work for two days. The warranty is up, and now you have to pay HP for answers. No thank you. I will never use Hp for a printer again.
smart tank - Always wanted a wireless printer, which is so awesome!!! The pictures on paper is so clear and it's nice to be able to print from all my devices. The only bad part of having one is everyone in the family prints to my printer and don't help buy the ink or paper they use : (... The Only complaint I would have is for some reason it disconnects from the internet and you have to unplug it, wait a few seconds and retry. But other than that I'm happy with it and I just love it!!!!
