HP is the Best! - I had an HP printer years ago that worked for many years. When I needed a new one someone recommended Epson. So I bought the model they recommended. I only had it for a couple months and it was not fulfilling my expectations. So fortunately I was able to return it and replaced it with the HP 6000 I have now. This printer has been pretty flawless. The only issues I've had are connecting issues which were no fault of the printer. It was something else. I highly recommend HP for all your printing needs!

Epson 6000 Printer - This Printer Prints SOOO “Clearly & Beautifully!” Lots of Clear Color & It is Very Efficient & Effective. I “LOVE,” My HP & HP was “VERY HELPFUL” in Getting it Set-Up. There are Times I Need the Extra Cable attached to My Laptop, As the WiFi where I am isn’t always the Best. So you “May” Want to Purchase the Cable “Just In Case” the WiFi Where you are doesn’t Connect Strong Enough.
Great Picture and PDF printing but very slow - When i got this printer i was very excited and it worked fine for about a month. The connecting cable continuously comes loose, and the overall printing speed is extremely slow.
HP-Smart Tank 6001 free super tank Printer - Geek squad member Steve came out to insure that new computer was setup correctly and found that he was unable to locate a driver for the existing printer. I think we will like it as long as it gets used at least once a month.

Printer went crazy - I bought the printer in January of 2025 and its now 8/16/2026. This printer completely went crazy it started in june 2026 it would constantly turn on and off on and off all day long untill it just stopped working. Tried calling customer service but hp has a fee for offering you tach support on hp equipment because its past its year warranty. .mind you printer in its almost full and we used it may 30 40 times. Not worth buying too many issues from print quality to internet connection issues to the printer not turning on anymore

Quality, Reliable Printer and the ink has lasted - I am a Gen X customer and I think about the scene from the movie Office Space where they destroy the (printer?) with sledgehammers when I consider buying a new one. My brother who runs an insurance business had recommended a brother printer- I felt like the movable parts felt loose and the ink was constantly needing to be refilled. A year ago I went and asked about it- should I keep refilling it, is there a repair needed- honestly I was happy when I was told it was reasonable to get a new one. This printer has the liquid ink. I am an art teacher and have printed sketchnote pages I watercolored and they looked as good as the original. I don’t use it every day but when I do it’s come through for hundreds of pages at a time and it still says I have plenty of ink- which seems so much more reasonable than the brother. So I will give him grief. Also I was happy the salesman heard me that I needed to fit this in a teacher budget. At least last year it was a good buy.
