I like that it works smooth b - Sometimes it turns off on its own and i didn’t get the charger for the controller

Ps5 refurbished - Love it came right on time with a slight delay but it was cool

great product refurbished - all good, runs great, super quiet, all in good conditions

Perfect!!!! - I couldn't have asked for a better refurbished PS5, it's perfect, no issues, and my husband loved his birthday present.

Solid refurbished console - This works great. Came with newer controller then the standard console. Always have had great refurbished products from Geek Squad.

PS5 review for best Buy - The PS5 looks and runs great. No issues thus far. Thanks

Wonderful service! - Came early and in great condition! Would purchase again.

Ps5 stopped working - Was able to play a game for 1 hour before the whole system shut down and stopped working

Play station refurbished - Accurate description and easy unboxing. Available customer service for help. All accessories needed in the box. Well protective packaging

Brand new - I bought this used PS5 from Best Buy and honestly I’m impressed. The console arrived in excellent condition and looked almost brand new with barely any signs of use. It was clean, set up perfectly, and has been running smoothly with no issues at all. Buying used saved me money, and I still got a system that feels like a new one. I would definitely recommend buying a used PS5 from Best Buy if you’re looking for a great deal and a reliable console.

Disgusting - If you’re expecting anything clean then I would just go ahead and skip right over this or anything geek squad has to offer. You’d think refurbished meant refurbished but no the console came in pieces and with an iPhone usbc cord and a dirty controller. Dust flew out the box when I opened it. And I was in my car because my gut was telling me this was a mistake. I nearly coughed my lungs out. Disgusting and disappointing. I went back inside and returned it within 2 mins so I have no pictures to show. But trust me when I say, it was disgusting. I wish I could give this Less than one star. If you’re just buying this for gta I don’t blame you I’m sure it works it’s just disgusting. N

This PS5 Crashes before starting any Newer games - This product only worked for certain older games, Specifically Bloodborne. I tried playing Crimson Desert and even Starfield (Which is 3 years old) and both games crash before I can even start the new game. I tried numerous ways to fix this but with nothing working. I tried to return or exchange the console but I was "outside of the exchange window," I hadn't realized that the newer games weren't going to work for a couple of weeks. DO NOT buy refurbished from Best Buy. Terrible customer service, terrible product.

We Love It! - Got it for my gf so we can play Minecraft together!! she loves it 10/10!

Skeptical at First - I was skeptical at first when purchasing a refurbished PS5 because I've heard many horror stories on items like these. But it's been working just as good as the PS5 I purchased directly from the PlayStation website. It came with all the wiring that would come in a nonrefurbished PS5. They actual sent extra and the very long cords to where I can play in my sitting chair or at the top of bed.

Gaming system - Kids love it. Everything works great. Great quality and graphics

Games - Love to play with ps5 design so cool easy to use recommend

Excellent refurbished PS5 — better than expected - I was honestly a little nervous about buying a refurbished PS5, but this turned out to be an excellent purchase. The console arrived in very good condition with only a couple of tiny cosmetic scratches that are barely noticeable. The controller looked practically brand new. What surprised me the most is that I ordered the Digital Edition, but I actually received the Disc Edition, which was an amazing upgrade. Performance has been flawless. I’ve been using it heavily for over two weeks now playing games like Cyberpunk 2077, Mortal Kombat 1, and EA Sports FC 26 with zero crashes, overheating, lag, or system issues. The console runs smooth and quiet even during long gaming sessions. The only issue I had at first was occasional black screen flickers, but that turned out to be caused by the HDMI cable included in the box. After switching to a high-quality HDMI 2.1 cable, everything worked perfectly. Overall, this refurbished PS5 exceeded my expectations and ended up being one of the best tech purchases I’ve made recently. Great value for the price.

Refurbished PlayStation - I haven’t had any problems with this PlayStation since I’ve gotten the product. Plays well
