Customer reviews
Write a reviewSo far so good! of course there are scratches on outside case but in general everything is working fine.
Ps5 Bluetooth does not work - I purchased a refurbished PS5, and unfortunately, the Bluetooth connection to the controller doesn’t work. The only way I can use the controller is by keeping it connected directly to the console with a USB cable. For a refurbished system, I expected it to be fully functional, so this is disappointing. While the console itself works, having to play with a wired controller instead of being able to use it wirelessly is inconvenient. I’m disappointed with the condition and because I didn’t figure this problem out in 15 days they won’t even fix it.
they didn’t give me what i asked for - ps slim instead of correct one hdjsjsbdjsjsnnsnsnsn
Good Value - Got a refurbished PS5 that works great! The only complaint is that the controller they gave me holds a charge for about 20 minutes then dies. Could be a software glitch on the controller and there are ways to reset them. Overall very happy.
broken disk drive and stick drift on controller. I don't care about the disk drive but will be returning it because of the controller
Very good - I like this Becouse is the perfect game in the world
Misleading, covered in lint, cover wouldnt stay on - I wanted the PS5 disc version which this image shows and description mentions. They sent me a digital only version which had lint all on the inside and a cover that would not stay on. Not the usual refurbished quality I was used to from Best Buy. Then, customer service was horrible since you can't call a storefront these days, so couldn't find if what I wanted was actually in stock. Returned it immediately and there was no apology or offer to check if what I actually ordered was in stock by the employee so I took my money elsewhere.
Total Scam -Refurbished Price for Used Console - Don’t make my mistake. Product came damaged, no wires, no controller. Go somewhere else
Tried to ship a broken Playstation - Always check was very disappointed with the way they shipped it was in not working condition at all
Great graphics and great gameplay! Highly recommended
It’s a nice upgrade. - Compared to my Xbox one I had this is a nice upgrade! I think my HDMI port might be a little messed up psychic becomes loose, but rather than man I have no complaints
Refubished PS5 - PS5 works perfectly like no, no issues with anything
Amazing PS5 - The PS5 works great and runs games really smoothly. The graphics look amazing, and everything loads really fast. It’s easy to use and makes gaming a lot more fun. Definitely worth it!
Did not work AT ALL from day one. - I received my refurbished ps5 about a week after I ordered. It came in decent packaging, the controller looked clean and felt new, the system had minor cosmetic issues like a greasy film around the buttons, probably from people touching it, the hdmi port was wobbly. When I plugged it in to turn it on, a single beep came from the console, but no flashing light, noise indication it was working. I troubleshoot the issues and nothing worked at all. Didn’t even get a chance to use it once. I ended up having to return it.
PlayStation 5 - Everything worked fine except the broken controller.
PlayStation 5 is worth it - I Ike that it was clean not dirty or damaged. I didn’t like that it didn’t come with a stand
Damaged - Counsole goes in and out, tried three different cords SAME PROBLEM.
Great - So far this item has been good my son loves it and it’s been updating fine and no problems
Refurbished PS5 Console. - Looks new, no scratches, and fast setup and game run flawless. Great price for the money.
