World Championships: NES Edition – Nintendo Switch – OLED Model, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite [Digital]

For quick fun - It’s a fun game to play to kill time, no different from playing a mobile game on your phone. You end up forgetting you have it after a week or two

Retro - Thought this was just a game with retro Nintendo games on it. It turned out to be even better. Love the fact that it teaches you how to speedrun.

Not good - Was totally not what i thought it was really needed to specify more

Ehhh - If you switch has Internet issues it's useless which is the main problem

Nintendo power - Fun short simple classic games with daily changes done in a competitive manner.

A dream come true! - As a lifelong fan of classic Nintendo games, Nintendo World Championships: NES Edition is nothing short of a dream come true! From the moment I started playing, I was hit with a wave of nostalgia. It’s like stepping back into the golden era of gaming but with the added polish and features that make it perfect for the modern age. The game offers a fantastic mix of challenges across some of the most iconic NES titles—Super Mario Bros. 3, The Legend of Zelda, Donkey Kong, Metroid—you name it. Each challenge is so well thought out, pushing you to improve your times and skills. I found myself saying, “Just one more try!” way too many times. The multiplayer Party Mode is a total hit! It’s become a staple at family game nights, and we’ve had so much fun competing against each other. And the online leaderboards? Let’s just say I’ve spent way too much time trying to climb my way up. It’s addicting in the best way. On the OLED Switch, the colors and visuals just pop. The retro graphics feel vibrant and alive, and the music? Absolute perfection. It really feels like these classics were made for the Switch. If you’re a fan of Nintendo or just love a good challenge, this is an absolute must-have. I’m completely hooked, and honestly, it’s one of the best gaming experiences I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Fun! - Cool game. I wish it was strickly games and not competition

Great game - Fun game and brings back memories of attending the original competition. Works best when using the NES controllers bought through Nintendo

Nostalgic! - A lot of fun, you'll want to score better and better times! Good luck getting S rank on everything!

A nice look at Nintendo history - This is a fun look at Nintendo history with some neat challenges. But, it's not that deep and doesn't have a lot of content. It's fine for sessions with friends, though.

Nice Retro Classic Game! - The game is superb especially if you’re into beating records. The multiplayer aspect added more fun and it’s a nice addition for your friends and family to spend time to.
