Brand new My Passport malfunction - My Passport was difficult to install on my new iMac and shuts down each time I start the computer. When I try to start it, it says "WD Drive Unlock quit unexpectedly" and when I tell it to reopen, I get "The file can't be found" Eventually it starts working but this happens every time I start my computer.
