At this price tag, the microphone hardware malfunctioning multiple times a year and having to go through replacements is a complete joke. Turtle Beach def got this one wrong. Ill never buy another set of Turtle Beach for my PS5!

Looks and sounds great! - Works great and sounds fantastic! I love be able to switch out the battery with the spare they send as soon as it gets low!
Its a good headset for what I paid. I got this Open box and Clearance for $99. The ear cups are comfortable and sound quality great. I am using this strictly as PC headset. I do not use the mic on it as I have a boom mic so I cant say how good the quality is in that regard. Having a spare battery is nice however you can not check the battery charge on the charger, it has to be in the headset and on to check the charge level. The biggest gripe with the headset I have is how long it takes to connect. Turning the headset on, its a good 30 seconds from power on till it actually receives audio.
didn't last - the headphones are great, and i love how they function. but after 8 months the mic went bad, so if you moved it all you heard was static. or there was no audio. turtle beach did replace them through warranty via fma, but for something this pricey (the pro 2 wasn't out so these were closer to 300) it didn't even last a year when my replacement eventually dies i don't think i'll shop this brand again
Peak Gameplay - The sound quality is immaculate and I am patiently waiting to get the gen 2, by far the best line of headsets I’ve owned with the 2nd best being the xp700 turtle beach which is in the same line XD

Awesome headphones - I love these headphones, super comfortable with the big earcups. Be sure to download the app to customize things to your liking. Has ANC, passthrough audio (transparency mode), you can use the boomstick mic or remove it and use the mics on the actual headset. Superhuman mode allows to hear footsteps louder which is nice. Overall super great product, I def recommend
Good quality product no issues with product. - The sound quality 9/10 It has 2 separate battery witch its a good idea. When your in the middle of a game and the batter dies the other battery it’s fully charge it will take you about a minute to swap it and your good to go. Comfort quality it’s a 10/10 would buy this product again and again. I have try buying different types of headset just wasted money until I found this product best product made worth every penny.
Great headset - I love this headset, don’t regret buying this one bit. I don’t have to worry about having to turn my headset off to charge with the ability to just swap out my battery pack for a fully charged one. The Sound options also make this perfect for immersive audio.

I have had many headsets throughout the years and this one blows the others out of the water. I am highly satisfied with this product and will always recommend it to anyone in the market for a good quality headset that is going to last!
Good headset. - Good not great. For the price I thought they would be a little better. The AI is garbage in them but the ANC is amazing. The spacial aspect is what I have a small issue with. At times when playing the sound direction is off. They are clear and dont distort. The bass is good and they are comfortable. So solid 4 of 5 star headset.
Turtle Beach Review - I am really disappointed with the build quality of this Turtle Beach headset—it simply feels cheap all around. While the audio playback is decent, the microphone quality is completely unacceptable for this price point. To make matters worse, there is an incredibly distracting defect in the left ear cup. Whenever I speak, I can hear a loose piece of plastic rattling around inside. Turtle Beach has a reputation for being a budget brand, and this product proves why it is best to avoid them. Save your money and buy a premium alternative instead; I highly recommend the Logitech Astro A50 X or the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni, both of which offer far superior quality.
Bad Mic - after 6 months the microphone makes an unstoppable crackling noise. :(
