Great head set - Feels really light and comparing to the Stealth 700 series this is a definite upgrade. Batteries are easy to swap and it doesn't give hot ears very quickly

Great gaming headset! - Great gaming headset all around, love being able to hot swap batteries! Make sure to get the correct version though as the Xbox compatible one does NOT give all feature when used on PC. Did four stars for the high price. Still recommend it if you can afford it.

A decent headset - Well built feels "worth it", audio quality is about on par with hyperx cloud alpha wireless which is 1/3rd the price and requires a bit of eq tuning. Headband is good but needs to be wider or have cushion inside the mesh to prevent headaches.

Heartbreak - Awesome headset. So well built and packaged it creates a sense of ownership. 2 reasons it didn’t work for me and may not apply to anyone else. It didn’t fit snugly and volulme level didn’t reach the peak I like to hear detail. I would recommend since everyone has a different hearing threshold

Amazing Sound, great mic, solid constuction - These sound fantastic right out of the box with a great sound stage. The software, though really not needed, does give you some nice tweaking. I am back and forth between my desktop pc for gaming and macbook pro for work and its nice that I can plug the extra dongle in the mac and the base into the pc and swap back and forth with just a button. ANC is really good, transparency could probably be better but its fine. When you disconnect the mic boom and use the secondary mic, that quality isnt all that great but the main boom mic is clear with great noise cancelling. Construction is really premium feel and dual batteries is something I loved from my old arctis pros so nice to have that again. The ONLY downside is that they can get a little uncomfortable after wearing all day (8+ hours) the ear pads are probably a little small and soft. Haven't looked in to being able to swap them out like my old arctis but probably would if I could.

Good headset - Insane audio and I love everything about this the only issue I had was the mic it kept cutting out for some reason even tho I updated the software.

Great headset - I was looking for a high quality headset with good sound for gaming and doubled as a headset for when I'm listening to music. Came across this headset at the time of release and started to do my home work. I use this headset daily and it has not disappoint me. I like that when gaming, it has super human hearing so I can here footsteps when enemy is approaching. Noise control is supper good and limits distraction going on in my house. It has a feature that I can turn on so that I can talk to someone in the house and hear them loud and clear because the headset will keep noise to a limit while wearing them. I can answer a call on my phone and talk through the headset without taking my headset off. I have the app on my PC that allows me to adjust all the settings and EQ. headset is very comfortable with soft padding. It has 2 batteries that last weeks if I use it everyday. I normally change the battery at about 25% just to do it. I really enjoy this headset and I feel like I made the best choice going with this model.

Great headset with you can deal with the headband - Great headset with a lot of bass. Easy software to use and the “infinite” battery system is really awesome because you never have to worry about the battery life. The only downside for me is the headband that bothers me and starts feeling pain after using it for 30 minutes or so.

Way better than stealth 700 gen 2 - I am hearing better and enjoy the battery swap feature so I never have to plug in my headset again.

A nice upgrade from the prior version - I have had this headset for about 2 weeks now, upgrading from the previous Stealth Pro I headset. Here are my pluses/minuses + great sound + ANC seems to better. The previous version was good but this does seemed improved + Noticeably lighter than the previous headset + Looks sleeker and a little more premium + Better volume controls. Also, maybe because I got the PC/Playstation specific version the volume control on my keyboard works. The previous version did not but that was the Xbox/PC/Playstation compatible version. + Provided earcups are less warm than the previous version. They are still warm but better. I had upgraded to a 3rd party earcups on the previous version to make it way better + Battery life seems to be much improved. I still have not swapped out the battery from when I had bought it and I don't think it came fully charged. + Connects to device a lot quicker when turning on, previous version took ~5 seconds and this one is almost instant - The mesh headband is not great. It isn't worse but it does take some adjusting here and there since it does make the top of my head hurt. I question the mesh durability over time too. -There isn't a great battery level indicator. The previous version had a voice that told you the charge level when you turned it on but this doesn't seem to. You can turn on a icon on the windows tray but it isn't great. You can only see the percent if you open the app. -Earcups - they are better since they went away from the leatherette but the new material is still a little warm. I would like to see them go to come cooling gel cushions or something like that. So overall I am glad I upgraded. I can't say that the sound is a huge upgrade but the premium looks, battery longevity, fast connection, and better volume controls made it a worthwhile upgrade

Great Headset....BUT... - I was initially excited to try this headset because on paper, it seemed like the perfect fit — sleek design, solid specs, and plenty of positive reviews. Out of the box, the build quality felt premium, and the ear cushions were soft enough for short sessions. The sound profile was clear, with crisp highs and decent bass, making music and calls sound good at first. The Swarm II software is what killed the experience for me. They have all the features you would like to tweak, but it's a little troublesome trying to find them. I decided to upgrade to Turtle Beach's newest mice and that where everything took a turn for the worse. Are plugging in the mouse it told me that I needed to update the software, but I was already on the latest version. It would not let me make any changes to either the headset or the mouse. After clicking update in the Swarm II software the app became completely unresponsive. I ended up returning the headset and the mouse. My OCD needs me to have all the same brands if I can help it....then I don't have multiple software running to manage my peripherals. If you just want a wireless headset with swappable batteries then this is a great product that I will recommend, however if you want to get into Turtle Beaches ecosystem....then I sadly cannot recommend that at this time.

Not very comfy. Mic never worked - Returned. Made for smaller heads maybe but its tight. Also had mic issues. Installed app and the app isnt intuitive. If i cant figure it out in 10 mins, its porly designed. Learn from Logitech. Plug and play. Super simple.

great headset - this headset is what a good headset us supposed to sound not only the sound but the build quality is on point i tried steelseries but for some reason to me this look more pleasing to me just the headband reminds me of the airpods max and how comfortable they are

Great headset yoke on the software - To use Themis on ps5 and want to adjust settings you have to hook to a pc to do that

Convient - My favorite feature is the hot swap battery even instantly reconnects once its got the fresh battery in
