They broke my device and gave me a gift card - I bought the controller and realized I didn't want a controller that I need my broken handheld pc (via geek squad) to program. They have an awfully "Exchange program." Controller is fine, just has a lot gimmicky parts really. Returned back to store.

Write a reviewTried it out - Easy to set up works great, old xbox controller i had started to get stick drift so i bought this on a whim to see how well it would handle. So far works great i like the toggle features it has and the button flip board between stick controls and fighting arcade controls is awesome.
Great Controller! - Great controls and movement! Works great for xbox or pc.
Great comfort choice! - I picked up this controller as an alternative for my Xbox Official Licensed controller and honestly loving it ALOT! I dont use the fighting pad side but i do use the back buttons and adjustable height sticks. I wish it had 4 programable buttons on the back but all in all, great controller!

Not the right fit - I had “trigger drift” on this and another turtle beach controller I got this one to replace the first one. The first one was victrix pro was a great perfect except the faulty trigger sticking when not being pressed. This one was okay but no where near as good as the other. The exchange/refund process and the the employees were great handling the transactions. I will continue to use Best buy in the future for my gaming needs with the piece of mind that if something doesn’t work as it should they will honor their exchange/refund policy

Just get a fight stick or lever less controller - The buttons are too heavy, the trigger can be better and the dpad leaves a lot to be desired
Poor quality - Nothing but dead stick issues, calibration firmware updates nothing fixed it. Went bad in a few dhort days

Would recommend - Use this for my Xbox and Pc still trying to see if I can connect it to my switch.
Works great for my phone and portable pc - I enjoy the fact that i can program every button from the device along with being able to flip the controllers to fit my beeds depending on what i am playing. The multiple forms of connections was one of the main reasons that i purchased this so i csn use it on on my cell and legion go.
Nice but can have issues - The thumb sticks are nice. I have had issues with the usb dongle dropping connection from time to time using it on the PC. Wired to the xbox is fine.
Pivot - Was kind of hesitant about this controller because of some of the reviews but I gave it a shot and I am glad that I did works really good same pad is awesome playing street fighter would highly recommend .
Dont like - Not the greatest ennded up returning due to slow response and drift
Gaming heaven - Love the way u can control almost everything about this control from short trigger to normal triggers,just amazing you can switch your gaming preferences in less then five seconds and the extra long cord lets just say perfect for its purpose,did I for get to tell you you can also use for ur PC ,it's a no brainer
