Customer reviews
Write a reviewWifi range extender - Works as advertised. Our bedroom was a serious dead zone now we have great wifi in there.
Easy to install/maintain - Never used a wifi extender before this one, loved the set up process through the app. My wifi downstairs now works just as fast as upstairs!!!
Instructions - Easy enough setup but I had to look up instructions online/video. The included booklet wasn’t enough guidance.
Great Wi-Fi Range - The TP-Link AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender does a great job of extending Wi-Fi coverage to areas where the signal is weak. It helps reduce dead zones and makes it easier to get a more reliable connection in rooms farther away from the router. The range is impressive when placed in a good location, although walls and other obstacles can affect performance. Overall, it's a solid choice for improving Wi-Fi coverage throughout the house.
Great function. Great price - Reaches far works great. Bought for my brother as a gift and he can finally play video games.
Works but not through cement walls - Had to put it in a outside closet to pickup signal. Would not read signal through a cement wall even tho unit was only about 3 ft. From the wall. Returned it.
Not an easy set up...then failures - Set-up was glitchy and difficult, forcing me to try each of the 3 methods; web browser finally worked. Once set up it worked well until it did not - disconnected for no discernible reason. My AT&T wifi gateway is wifi 6, up-to-date on software, and all channels active. Just had to reinstall again yesterday, but now the 5Ghz indicator light is not functioning; however that extended channel is being picked up by my devices, so it is working despite the indicator light. While going through the set-up with the extender about 8 inches away from my Gateway, it was still not connecting; going through the fixes, the last one was to move closer to the Gateway - huh? Had to reset and start all over (had to reset and start over multiple times. All this only 5 months after purchase. I will be contacting TP Link about a warranty replacement or refund. This extender replaced an older TP Link extender that was easy to set up but died after about 3 years. No more TP Link extenders for me after this.
Works Great - This product works like a charm, I would buy this product again if I needed another one
Excellent - Works great. Easy install and connection to my modem. Range as expected. Would definitely buy again.
Easy setup, great coverage - The WiFi extender was very easy to set up. Gives great extwnded coverage. Very pleased.
It works and is helpful. Don't have a comparison - Works great in my shop area and it was easily set up
Adequate - Setup was quick and easy, however the speed leaves a lot to be desired.
Range Extender - Worked wonderful. Can’t believe the difference this made. Very easy to setup and use. I am going to get one for my friend who has weak internet service at her house
Works as advertised - Did a great job expanding the wifi reach from the basement to the upper floors of the house.
Great range extender - This range extender works well with my current setup, and extends my wifi ranges well.
Awesome! - Such a great item. Helps with wfi speeds alot for gaming
Works Great But the App Needs Work - This range extender works great, including the access point mode. But the app is buggy. Otherwise, good choice if you want an access point at a good price.
Works Great Overall - Purchases this unit to improve internet connectivity to our barn and my shop. The unit works perfectly for that. It’s very easy to set up. Once connected to your internet you do have to input a password for your device to connect to it so you’ll need that handy during set up. Nice unit for the price.
Connection - What is not to love about a plug-and-play? I did not need my teenager for this one. It was very easy to install and connect. No more problems with Wi-Fi anywhere in my home.
