perfect but a little misleading - Overall, the headset works perfectly fine and better than I expected, but the features with the pc application sonar are pc exclusive, meaning it cannot be used with consoles, meaning the AI noise-canceling feature can only be used when the headset is connected to pc gaming only.

Good but firmware.... - Firmware was tricky to get updated, took about two hours but the wife seems satisfied with the in-game sound and chat control and longevity comfort for long term gaming.

Great Sound, Comfort, and Really Useful Features - I've been really enjoying the Arctis Nova 7 Gen 2 so far. One of my favorite features is being able to connect it to my laptop and phone at the same time and listen to audio from both devices simultaneously. It's incredibly convenient and something I use a lot. The audio quality is great for gaming, music, and everyday use. I also really like the retractable microphone since I can easily tuck it away when I'm not using it. The headset is comfortable to wear, and the SteelSeries app is useful for adjusting settings and customizing the audio. I've also found it pretty easy to troubleshoot whenever I need to. The headset also has all the necessary button controls, including a volume slider, skip and previous buttons, a pause button, and a game/chat slider for quickly balancing game audio with voice chat. These controls make it easy to adjust everything without having to open the app or interrupt what I'm doing. I managed to get mine at a good price on sale, which made the purchase even better. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

Yes, but no. - This was my first headset purchase for a PS5 Pro. I returned them for the following reason. The USB C dongle is flat and about 1” wide. I could not tolerate that when plugged in either of the two USB C ports available on the front of the PS5 Pro it blocked the other port. To hook up a controller to charge, or anything else that required the USB C port, I had to remove the dongle. That was just not going to fly long term. It would cause excessive wear on the port plugging and unplugging. Everything else seemed fine. So begrudgingly I had to return it and find something else. I paid $80 more money and went with the Razor Blackshark V3 Pro recommended by the Best Buy employee. Wow, what a difference. It’s wireless dongle uses the USB A ports in the back freeing up both precious USB C ports in the front. The buttons on the headset make much more sense and are designed with unique textures so you can find what you’re looking for without taking them off. The sound is sooo much better on the Razor headphones. I dodged a bullet I didn’t even realize was coming at me. Spend the extra for the Razor. I never would have known how different a pair of headsets could be if the dongle didn’t force the return. The Razor upgrade is worth it.

SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 are tops! - I've used the Arctis Nova 7's for Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo and PC and there is not a better headphone out there for me. Lightweight, comfortable but killer sound. Brilliant product, i highly recommend them tk every gamer out there!

great sound slides off easy - These headphones sound great as long as you use the included software otherwise they sound just okay. They are on the bigger side i hsve them on the smallest setting snd they slide/ fall of my head all the time. I also hate the red light on the mic thats always on if you have it muted.
