Great 2 player - Great graphics. Great gameplay . Two player split screen is the best

Good Game - I really enjoyed playing this game on Xbox with my friend. So it was definitely worth getting it for ps as well. The concept of the game is really interesting, and being able to invite a friend through the friend pass is pretty awesome when your friend doesn’t have the game themselves. Overall, this game is really fun, especially with a friend. Definitely worth a try!

A Solid but Flawed Successor to It Takes Two - Split Fiction is still a solid co-op follow-up to It Takes Two, but it stumbles a bit under the weight of its own ambition. The core premise of two writers trapped in an AI plagiarism engine is clever, but the corporate villains feel totally one-dimensional and cartoonish compared to the main characters. Hazelight’s habit of introducing a brilliant mechanic only to toss it aside 20 minutes later is also more frustrating this time around. Just as you get comfortable with a cool puzzle or combat style, the game yanks it away, and some late-game dual-stick shooting sequences create an unexpected difficulty spike that might frustrate a casual or non-gaming partner. It still looks gorgeous on the PS5, seamlessly flipping between sci-fi and fantasy worlds without dropping a frame, and the returning Friend's Pass means you at least only need to buy one copy. However, once you roll the credits on the 14-hour campaign, there is absolutely zero replay value. Without any alternate paths, meaningful collectibles, or reasons to revisit the chapters, it ends up feeling like a "one and done" weekend playthrough rather than a lasting masterpiece. It's a gorgeous game with some incredibly creative moments, but the uneven pacing and total lack of replayability hold it back from greatness

Super fun! - The graphics and the game play are truly amazing. The developers did an amazing job. It’s a challenging and fun game. Loved playing it w my partner. Definitely recommend.

Excellent game, played with my wife, had a great experience. Graphics were great. Made us communicate a lot which honestly we do very well and made the game slightly easier to beat. Highly recommend to other couples that are looking for a co-op game

It was ok - The story wasn't quite developed enough and the character connections weren't strong. Game play was kinda fun but didn't love the sci Fi aspect of it.

Simply Amazing Story and Gameplay - Split Fiction is easily one of my all-time favorite games on the PS5. It masterfully blends a compelling narrative with tight, engaging gameplay. What truly sets it apart is the seamless progression—the way the game evolves and transitions through its different modes keeps the experience incredibly fresh and exciting from start to finish. An absolute masterpiece that I cannot recommend enough.
