Sony – PULSE Elite Wireless Gaming Headset – for PS5 – White

Great sound, disappointing durability - After about 20 months, the headband housing snapped during normal use. I didn’t drop or mishandle the headset, and I had to tape it to keep using it. The sound quality is decent, but the build quality is disappointing for a $150 headset. I’ve also seen other owners report similar cracks, which raises concerns about the design’s durability. For the price, I expected better.

Sound Quality good becareful with the Headband! - This thing has seriously impressed me! I've owned more expensive Turtle Beach headsets in the past, and these outperform them without breaking the bank. The sound quality is excellent, and the overall gaming experience is a major upgrade. My only complaint is the durability of the headband. I have a larger head, and if I'm not careful when putting them on or taking them off, the headband can crack from being stretched too wide. That's definitely something Sony could improve. Fortunately, I purchased the Best Buy protection plan, which gives me some peace of mind about that issue. Other than that, these headsets are fantastic! Great sound, excellent value, and better performance than some of the more expensive gaming headsets I've owned. Despite the headband concern, I'd absolutely recommend them!

First real headset - I have a small head and usually any type of head phones hurt my ears. This headset is soo comfortable! I love that it has an attached mouth speaker too.

Awesome - Very durable and reliable. I would buy another one if I can for a gift.

Not worth the money. - I bought these as a upgrade and replacement since my old pulse headset was beginning to go. Lets start with the good they are light, the sound is good, and the mic is decent. This issue is the build quality. From the start it would randomly turn off and id have to turn it back on. Eventually it would connect for about 5min then drop having to restart my ps5 to get the signal back. Eventually it unpaired and was never able to connect again. I looked up what to do in fourms and nothing worked. It lasted less than one year. It was good while it lasted, random drops aside, but for the issues I had and how long it lasted id recommend something else. I expected a better quality for a product that has the label elite. Especially when the cheaper pulse 3d i bought a year prior still work minus the foam falling apart.

Sony - Pulse Elite Wireless Gaming Headset - Sound quality, very comfortable, battery life 100% recommend

Charging Stand No Workie - The headset charges when plugged in but doesn’t when using the wall mounted one. Best Buy is sending me a different one.

Amazing product white amazing to noise cancellation and very nice color

Great product for gaming I've had no issues but put warranty on it you won't regret it.

The perfect gift - My girlfriend got me this headset as a gift, and I absolutely love it! It was such a thoughtful surprise and a great addition to my gaming setup. I’m really happy with it, she definitely picked a winner!

Don’t pulse elite - The product is amazing and I would recommend it for anyone has a PS5 or if you just need a headset when you’re going to the gym

Headphones - They have elite battery life with really nice and comfortable ear muffs

Amazing - The 3D audio is awesome and they way you can customize for your different games is a game changer

Ok headset, good sound, connectivity issues - Sound is pretty good, but I am not an audiophile. Connectivity on the other hand has been very frustrating. Random drop outs and I had to buy a new dongle but I got the ps5 pro. Another 25 bucks… thanks Sony

Great quality but broken within a year - The sound quality is great, the headset is comfortable, the battery life is good. But best to buy the warranty as this is our second one and both headsets snapped during regular wear before even a year old. We are going to try a different brand.

Must Buy Amazing Game - this game is a master piece you will have fun for hours

Perfect for ps5 gamers - This was a gift to someone, he really liked it and I think he’s still using them.

Good quality - These headphones are perfect for any sort of gaming. The noice cancelation they offer is really good too. If you’re not wanting to spend hundreds for good quality this is the premium choice. Keeps up with most top rated headsets and with comfortably, this is probably the most comfortable headset I’ve ever had.

Ps5 dual sense controller has speakers and mic! - I had no idea the Dual sense controller had as many features as it does. Unfortunately, after realizing this I return these headphones as they are not needed.

I love it, it works so well on my ps5. - It’s game changing! It’s mad comfy, mic quality is great. go get one yourself!
