Great Headset Except... - A great headset besides one feature. I also have the first H9 model, and the H9 II is better overall, but the one thing I do not like about the H9 II is when I turn off the headset, my PS5 still thinks it's on because of the dongle. So the audio does not switch back to my TV/soundbar. When turning off the first H9 model, the PS5 recognizes that it is off and changes the audio out on its own. I'd have to unplug the dongle for the H9 II to get the audio to switch. Because of this, I primarily use the first H9.

Customer reviews
Write a reviewNice battery - Very nice battery and of course the best mic ever made for a gaming headset
Incredibly comfortable with amazing sound quality - I’m really impressed with the Sony INZONE H9 II. The first thing I noticed was how comfortable and lightweight they are. They feel so light that sometimes I almost forget I’m wearing them, even during longer gaming sessions. The sound quality is excellent for gaming, with clear audio and great immersion. I was also pleasantly surprised by how good they sound with music. They are not just great gaming headphones; they can also deliver an impressive music experience. The headband is another thing I really like. It’s easy to adjust and makes it simple to get a comfortable fit. The carrying pouch is useful for storing and protecting the headset, although I think a more rigid case would be even better for protecting them when traveling or carrying them around. Overall, I’m very happy with the INZONE H9 II. They are comfortable, lightweight, sound great for both gaming and music, and are easy to adjust. I would definitely recommend them.
sounds low volume and flat - eq helps a little - also little goofy looking. returned em
Awesome - Great spatial resolution. Premium sound and feel. Also great for footstep audio
Not as good as the regular H9 - I thought this was gonna be an upgrade, but you can’t even balance off the headset to great. It won’t show you on your screen the level it is also, it won’t disconnect audio always connects to audio, even though headset is turned off. The H9 is better than this part two
Worth every cent - Connectivity is instantaneous. Sound quality is literally the best I have ever had. I have tried so many headsets and this one is the best. I have a big head and this is comfortable to wear for long periods at a time. It’s lightweight so it doesn’t feel like there’s a stack of books on my head.
Amazing headset - Use it mostly for gaming but also use it for music. Sound quality amazing and the noise canceling makes it even better
Sony - INZONE H9 II - I use this headset with my PC, and it is just okay overall. It is lightweight and very comfortable, but the sound is not as impressive as I expected for the price, and it feels a little lacking compared with other gaming headsets I have tried (perhaps because it is optimized for FPS?). The microphone and noise canceling are fine, but nothing really stands out. Not a terrible headset, but I would not recommend it at full price.
I love it - Nice and comfortable to wear to call to play I love you can take it off the microphone
Better than expected! - My previous Pulse Elite headset snapped and broke, so I was on the lookout for a new one. I stumbled upon the Inzone H9 II and was initially hesitant because there weren’t many reviews or videos online. However, some friends who owned the H9 I were extremely satisfied, so I decided to give these a try. The unboxing was nice, and the headset felt premium from the start. But the best part is the weight. It feels like there’s nothing on your head, providing the ultimate comfort. You can game for hours without feeling any discomfort. The sound quality is also impressive. I did catch these on sale for $299, which is a bit of a steal compared to the regular $349 price. I noticed a few complaints about the PS5 integration not being native like the H9 I, but the Pulse Edge controller makes it easy to adjust the game and chat volume with the FN buttons. So, that’s not a problem for me. The only downside is that you have to use the Windows Inzone software to get the best customizations. The mobile app is limited to basic actions and doesn’t seem to save your settings like the desktop app does. Other than that, I’m very satisfied with this product. The noise cancellation is decent, but I prefer to keep it off to stay aware of my surroundings.
H9 headset - The h9 ll is really nice i was using the h9 but this one make a big difference.
Great for traveling. I like how comfortable and lightweight it is, the noise cancellation is great.
Good for PS5, fantastic for everything else - My main criticism is the max volume is too low on Playstation. Sound Connect is great for custom eq settings that save to the H9II so it will transfer over any device, but it doesnt help with the volume. On other devices, it’s fantastic. Switch 2, iphone, Macbook, all sound superb, with great volume range, when using the USB dongle. You would think that a Sony gaming console would be the best place to use a Sony headset but no. The Game/Chat slider is greyed out. The max volume is far too low and you are better off using the aux cable, which defeats the wireless connectivity, nullifies ANC, and renders the mic useless. The Switch 2 has superior integration from just the volume control. They say it’s a PC headset first, PS5 headset second; the reality is PC first, PS5 5th. Buyer beware.
Headphones - I like these headphones. They are similar to the Wh Sony headphones series but for gaming
Best gaming upgrade for my set up - Super comfortable and the battery last forever! The wireless connect is awesome and it goes from my PC to my console super easily. Just sway the usb over!
Great sound - I love the quality of the sound and the controls accessible on the headphones, especially being able to hear my phone’s audio at the same time while mixing the appropriate volume for each. I’m a little disappointed in the ability to easily pick up enemy footsteps. I was told they’re not as good as other brands before I purchased, so I was already aware that could have been an issue before purchasing.
Good Sound - One of the best hair, fun, good quality, quality, who sound
Sony INZONE H9 II Headset - The Sony INZONE H9 II started out as an amazing headset—great sound, super comfortable, and genuinely impressive noise cancellation. For the first few months, I was really happy with them and felt like Sony had nailed the balance between gaming performance and everyday use. But after about a year, things changed. They started breaking down even though I wasn’t using them heavily. The build quality just didn’t hold up, and the issues showed up way sooner than I’d expect from a premium Sony product. It’s disappointing because Sony used to be known for long‑lasting, reliable headphones, but lately the quality feels like it’s gone downhill. Overall, they were great at the beginning, but the durability just isn’t there anymore.
Best Bag of the Bunch - The carry bag is one of the nices bags ive ever handled. This is not a PS5 forward headset rather built for PC, the simultaneous bluetooth is really nice. and the transperency mode is second to none that ive tried. The app is pretty barebones but gives you another way to control your headset. Price is steep and I would recomend waiting for a discount.
