Amazing! - This game is amazing! I really recommend it and can't wait to play more in the series.

Awesome! - This game was a lot of fun! Check it out! so fun!!

Very awesome platformer - I love the Shantae games, and this one definitely does not disappoint. Fun characters and great storyline, what more can I say? Highly recommend!

Fun metroidvania game. - Fun platformer/metroidvania game for all types of gamers.

Very good game - I purchased this game not knowing what to expect but it turns out it is a very good game. I'm pleased with the theme, different levels and graphics.

Cute - A lot like Zelda but on a 2d platform. No roaming just side shots of interface interaction

Fun addition to the Shantae series - Shantae: Half-Genie hero is the first HD game in the series, and it looks great. The game play is fun, but it is very linear and not quite as good as the previous entry (Pirate's Curse). I originally bought this on the Wii U but double-dipped to get the Switch version as it includes all the DLC on cart. The DLC lets you replay the game with modified stories as either Shantae's rival Risky Boots, her 3 friends, or as Shantae with different abilities. These all make for good challenges, but it can get repetitive going through the same stages over and over again. Still worth playing, esp if you're fan of the series.

Really fun game - The Shantae series is great. The characters are fun and the gameplay is solid.

Must own - Shantae series is an excellent collection to own really good.
