Great Samsung SSD - Overall SSD came out solid. Purchased a refurbished SSD and was feeling a little hesitant and even more so when I got the original packaging and noticed a lot of wear and damage on the packaging at first glance. However the actual SSD inside was phenomenal. Worked like new and after some testing found that it was barely used (about ~200gb read/written on ssd) and was running perfectly. For the price and performance, couldn't have gotten a better deal on an ssd.

Amazing performance and quality for price - I bought this for my dad so he could run his OS on a faster drive for a pc I'm giving him. Great read and write times and haven't had any problems at all!

Great deal...at the time - Got this for about $25, which is an amazing deal (unfortunately prices have gone up quite a bit). At that price, it's an amazing deal, but as of writing the price is $55 which is quite a bit more than I'd pay. Still a great product, though. Fast read and write, easy to install.

wrong drive sent - Sent the wrong drive. I received a Samsung 850 2.5" SSD instead of this one.. I made it work though. Pretty bad when Geek Squad can't tell the difference!

Geek Squad/Customer Service Confidence Shook - Hello. I received my package today. In that package was a refurbished hard drive. The problem is, I needed an NVME M.2 hard drive, and you sent me a standard 2.5" ssd sata drive. The stickers on the box were correct the drive inside was a samsung 870. I ordered a samsung 970 evo plus. I understand that mistakes get made. However, the resolution was to go to the nearest store for a replacement or refund... So I have to drive an hour and thirty minutes to the nearest store, and get a refund, because I doubt they are going to have the refurb drive in stock locally? I spend a lot of money with y'all, and this is very frustrating. Now I am not only delayed in my build, abut I have to go out of my way to return this drive. I also have to question Geek Squads qualifications, if they don't know the difference between a 2.5" sata drive and an NVME M.2 drive

Great value gen 3 drive! - Perfect for an older system that would benefit from an ssd, without wasting money on gen 4 speeds that you can’t use. Made my computer from 2017 that was using an old sata ssd much faster!

Good Drive! - Drive runs good but it run between 50C & 60C degrees! I guess because it's a faster drive!
