My Ring Review - Worked great from the get go and very simple to use. Battery life issue surfaced after 14 months.

So far so good - I only had it for a short time...still getting used to it and learning about what it can do

Terrible product, didn't last a year - This is a poorly designed product. It lasted 10 months. After 8 months, it required recharging more often. At 10 months, a charge didn't last a day. Replaced by Samsung under warranty, and the same thing happened to the replacement. By the 10th month of the replacement, a charge lasted 10 hours. Do not buy this ring. $400 for less than a years use is a rip-off!

ring light - I purchased the ring to try it out, but every time my daughter wore it at night, the internal light remained illuminated. She wore it for one night, and the green and red lights stayed on the entire time, which was very annoying; she cannot sleep with that light shining throughout the night.

Better than my old one - I was able to prove 2 heart problem incidents to my doctor with my old one. So when it suddenly died, I didn't hesitate to get a new one. This one is thinner and has better battery life. It looks more like a regular decorative ring. I do wish that I could wear it on another finger though.

Samsung ring - This ring helps me keep an eye on my sleep quality. I really enjoy it. When paire with the samsung smartwatch it's a win.

Samsung ring - Bought two of them and unfortunately, one of them did not work. It was an open box and the ring was not working. Would not hold charge for more than 5 hours.

Awful - Battery is dead after 6 months i wouldn't purchase again

Great while it lasted - January 2026 I purchased an open box samsung ring. I noticed the battery life did not last long so I took it back. When I returned it , the clerk at best buy said perhaps it was because it was an open box. Because I had been enjoying it for a few weeks.I decided to upgrade and get a brand new one in the month of February 2026. I love that you did not have to pay a monthly subscription and it gave me all the data that I wanted in a wearable device. Unfortunately , as of a few days ago , the battery life decreased , just as it did with the one purchased in January. When I first got the device , the battery life was lasting several days as of last monday , the battery was not lasting for a full twenty four hours. I really enjoy having a ring as an option because I like to wear timepieces on my wrist opposed to a sports watch all the time. I also enjoyed the feature that I can take pictures using the device on my finger opposed to having to have a tripod with me as well. If the battery life could be fixed , I would certainly purchase another one but for a device that costs several hundred dollars , it should last for more than a few months. I love Samsung products, and this was a disappointment for me because I purchased more than one.

Works great - I purchased this ring for my wife as she is trying to track her activity better and cannot always wear her watch it has been great so far and she says it is comfortable to wear

Useful - but deteriorates fast. Cust Serv Sucks - Before 6 months arrived the rings battery was deteriorating quickly. The paint scratches off easily so it looks quite tired and worn if you're not delicate and careful with it. I like the data - but when it's running out of battery in the middle of the night. you get inaccurate tracking. I now have to charge it before bed if I want to get sleep data through the night. Then - Samsung customer service is a NIGHTMARE to get any help with. They fight tooth and nail to not lift a finger or try hard to deny it is within warranty. It's a maze of chat bots and humans in chat who can't see previous notes on the customer service ticket so you're re-explaining the problem again and again trying to get help. The humans are multi-tasking so they respond to you with long lulls of inactivity and then hangup because you're not paying attention anymore. Just bad. bad. bad. I'm in NYC and they have 1 service center deep in an outer burrough.

I really enjoy the sleep feature - Ring has great battery life but the case requires charging daily.

Battery issues - Expecting a premium device from Samsung but ended up with battery issues. I don't know if I'm the only customer that is having this type of issues with samsung ring, but this was my second ring from samsung ending with the same issue, battery problems. My first one was good only for the 12 month under warranty, a month after warranty expired the device started with battery issues, contacted Samsung customer care and they can't do nothing because warranty expired a month before. They offered a fix for a cost. I decided to buy this one, open box thinking that was a manufacturer issue in my old one but when I tested this one have the same issues, battery problems. I used samsung default test coming inside the wearable app. I returned right away back to Best buy. Is time to try different brand for a ring.

Galaxy ring - All aspects are great, and thanks to the recent update to samsung health it can track and give the same results as if you wore their watch all night. Very pleased with my purchase. Although, the purchasing process was a nightmare. I originally ordered a refurbished ring the box had been tampered with during transit and the charger had been stolen from the box. Initial contact to online support I was told I would have to call a store to make to get the issue resolved. Called store and was told the best they could do is give me a $20 credit, which was not acceptable given a replacement charger would run me about $80. Chatted into support again, and was told since I had the 2 year warranty i cold return the incomplete product in for a new in the box. I asked the rep to confirm that i could return my refurbished in for a new complete in box rep said yes and said both locations in my area had the product in stock in my size which I also had the rep confirm twice. Arrived at the store and the manager refused to honor this saying the chat reps don't know what they are talking about, and they arent best buy? He then told me my only option was to trade in towards a purchase of a brand new one at full price, and I very adimentaly told him that was unacceptable given what I had been told by the online rep. He ended up compromising by ordering me a new one in box with 2 year warranty for an additional $100. I again chatted in to attempt to get this money refunded given what the previous online rep told me, and once again received resistance being told that they could not provide me the transcript of that chat conversation yet they said they "checked" the conversation and what i perceived to understand from that chat was not true. In closing the whole purchasing experience was a miserable frustrating mess, the whole way from when I received my original oreder till i finally got the item complete. I likely will not be using best buy again for any purchases, and actually don't recommend anyone else purchase through them either given their stores wont honor what chat reps say, and chat reps can look at previous conversations but can't give you a transcript.

Good perfirmance - Good battery life. Exact size. Good performance and data.

Samsung Ring - I would give 5 stars but the batter life in this ring isnt the best it charges fast but I need to charge frequently. Everything else is perfect
