Amazing laptop - Lightweight and super portable. Does office work very seamlessly all while being efficient. Last me 5-8 hours on a charge.

Multitasking Compatibility - Love this laptap, it's light, screen is big to fit 4 screens. It syncs with my samsung. Has AI built. There's a windows option that can switch your user platform with ease. You can have one for work and then switch to personal etc. I like that has the plug ports comes handy. I use it for trading, and can handle several screen on all at onces.

Samsung galaxy book 4 edge - I went from an hp laptop to a samsung galaxy book 4 edge. The Amoled screen is amazing. Its clear and the colors just pop. I like the back lit keyboard. Which I had to have. It has plenty of storage and GB. It is great for a home laptop. I also love the sapphire Blue color that it is. I highly recommend

Will not do what it promised - I am very disappointed. My other computer is a Lenovo yoga 2 in 1 that I bought in 2018. Still going strong but i needed a laptop w a 10 key but still very thin and lightweight. Which they do have in the Yoga but since I have Samsung phone and tablet and this Samsung laptop is supposed to work seamlessly with them I purchased this instead of going with my gut feeling and getting another Lenovo. I could have gotten that with the same specs at a much cheaper price. I have now tried since I received this to connect via Bluetooth and my home and hotspot Wi-Fi w both the phone and tablet with no success. I have taken it to a friend who is much more computer literate than I and he could not get them connected either. They will connect for about 10 seconds and then disconnect. I have uninstalled security software, turned off the firewall even reset the computer itself etc. One of the features it brags about as being able to use your Samsung tablet as a 2nd screen wirelessly. Nope can't do that either. All in all I wish I would have stayed with the Lenovo brand. This should work much easier than this. If you are a computer techy I'm sure you could do this and that and get it to work. I am not that guy. This is supposed to be plug and play for what these cost. There are plus's to it cosmetically, It is very light and thin and the keyboard layout w the ten key included is great. The entire computer is very compact but functional at the same time. They get A+ on that part. It's just that all the bells and whistles that it promises do not work. Based on that I would not recommend this brand for a PC

Returned - I can not download Canon scaner driver, I can not down load other software on this laptop, I had to return

Impressive laptop! - Very lightweight and crisp/clear screen. Plenty of ports for just about anything you need to plug in. Good battery life.

Enjoying it so far - The laptop runs well and I enjoy the multiple performance modes. The Snapdragon chip does have some compatibility issues with niche or older programs but nothing that I exactly need. The integrated graphics make it unable to run any games well that have a "world" but can do some other games.

Excellent Next Gen Device! w/ Compatibility Caveat - Excellent device with great battery life and performance from the optimized Qualcomm chip, but unfortunately, that is also the device's issue. ARM-based support for Windows isn't fully implemented by all manufacturers yet, so while everything works fine on the device itself, you may run into issues with devices that plug in.

Incredible Battery Life on a Windows Laptop!!! - Positives: + Amazing battery life, 10 to 16 hours depending on usage. + Gorgeous OLED display. Likely the best out there. + Bought it for the great Samsung EcoSystem. I can wirelessly connect my Tab S10 Ultra as a 2nd monitor, as well as with my Galaxy ZFold 6. Easily transfer phone calls, text, and pictures to this laptop. + The Book4's weight is amazingly light, like the LG Gram series. I was considering the Intel version Book4s Pro/360/Ultra, which had more processing power, but that extra 1 lb made all the difference. I would definitely trade up the power for mobility. This is a game-changer as I could easily take this from my office desk and work on a couch or even in bed. Negatives: - The Snapdragon CPU does have its limitations. Available software is somewhat limited for now. No issues, however, if you're doing most activities from a browser like Edge or Chrome. - Acceptable 16GB memory capacity. Why wouldn't Samsung offer a 32 GB version? I'm a big multitasker on Chrome, often running 4 to 6 windows with 4 to 10 tabs each. - Acceptable keyboard key travel. Some have complained that the 1mm travel was too short. It feels acceptable to me. But this area could be improved. - Occasional palm issues on the large trackpad. I bought this to upgrade from my 32GB Dell XPS 14", 2TB SSD. The 16" OLED was a welcome change, but I had to downgrade both the RAM and SSD drives. Still worth it as the lightness makes it much more usable. I don't play many games anymore. And I haven't done much video or photo editing. But I believe this laptop can do light duties in those categories.

Very very unacceptable customer service - Top of the line notebook my wife and I each pre-ordered. We use S24 Ultra phones and love them, so figured it would be a nice progression. Not even a year into owning the laptop, over 40 phone representatives, over a dozen emails, many hours into getting her unit repaired...to no avail. Nobody knows anything when you call for customer service. You get transferred multiple times and if it doesn't disconnect, you get a promise someone will call you back. At this rate, we will be switching to the fruit brand. And that hurts my heart.

Great Purchase!!! - This laptop is great!!! So great, this is the second one I purchased! Good job Samsung!

Waste of money - I would search screen issues with this laptop before purchasing! Wasted $2,000
