Friends and family hate this headset. - I've been with Astros for a while, but swapped to rig from a recommendation and honestly they're the worst headset I've dealt with in a while. There's always static, an echo, I'm either too loud or too quiet. My husband, mom, and friends always get frustrated with the issues and understandably so.
RIG -300 PRO HC WIRED HEADSET - Love it works well, meets expections, would purchase again when needed.
Low sound quality - When I am playing online my co-party says that I sound distorted or like Im talking into a microwave.

Great for the price. - Game and chat audio is better than most wired headsets at $40-$80. Set up is mildly annoying bc you have to change audio settings to Dolby atmos then download the Dolby atmos app in that order. Other than that amazing sound sliders for both audio and chat

Decent headset! - It’s a good headset. It has great sound. The noise cancellation is decent, can hear a bit of outside noise but it’s not terrible! The color is amazing!
