Customer reviews
Write a reviewIt's a wonderful product - It works just like I imagine, it feels softly and seems to write on a notebook, excepts it is infinite ❤️
Great device - Totally replaces writing notes. Can be easily organized for routine meetings. App is useful so that review can occur even when the device is not present.
Life changing - This product has changed my life! I never have to buy paper for work again.
Paper Pro - I've really enjoyed having an endless notebook that I can take to work and use for school. It saves me the pain of carrying around multiple books for each class. However, I've had it for 9 months and the screen is already starting to glitch. Pages don't transition cleanly anymore, residual artifacts stay on the screen well after I've changed screens which makes it impossible to use. Luckily I have a warranty on it so I'll try to swap it out but apparently the paper pro is susceptible to this. I'd consider a different model, or at least getting the Best Buy protection just in case
Life Changing!!!! - A mom of two, a small business owner, and an operations manager for a multi-million dollar collision repair facility. This is life changing!!! It is a secretary in a tablet, you can even email yourself whenever you're connected to wifi from the remarkable. Where has this been for the last 20 years?!!
Remarkable paper pro - This is amazing. It’s a life and time savor at work.
Great, but definitely not worth the price - I work in tech and have literally dozens of different devices. I wanted something super simple that can keep track of basic notes and for that this does the job really well. However, the price tag is outrageous. To me this is just a glorified Kindle. So I would give it a value of no more than $400. These guys are charging way too much so unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this product. Just went back to paper notes for a tranquility.
Best document and note taking device EVER - I love how easy it is to use and share any document. Daily to do list help me stay focused. I want one for each manager on my team.
Disappointed - No customer service. Additional charges for basic operations. Function of tablet is terrible.
Good product - The product is very good. It functions as described. Very useful for work. Highly recommend for those using it for notes, presentations, brainstorming sessions.
Love it! Happy I made the investment! - I had never heard of remarkable.com products until two friends shared with me how they use they're remarkable tablet and how much they love it. One has an older version and has been using for about 4 years and the other one just upgraded to the paper pro and highly recommended that model. I had never even considered digital notetaking tools. I am thrilled that I took their recommendation and invested in the remarkable Paper Pro. I've had it just under 3 weeks but I use it every day and it's a fantastic product that I highly highly highly recommend. I jumped in and started using it right away but I'm sure over time I will learn some of the tips and tricks but it's already so organized and so easy and user friendly I can't say enough thank you thank you thank you for a great product and great service at Best Buy.
Works great - Easy to use, like writing on paper, so many templates to utilize.
Nice Upgrade! - I had a Remarkable 2 that I loved, but I wanted the color options. The Pro is overall a great upgrade. It feels different to write on than the R2 - the screen is a different material - and it doesn't feel quite as lifelike. There is a shader tool that is new and fun to use for drawing or illustrating. The Pro is a little bigger and heavier than the R2, so it's a bit harder to hold with one hand when reading, but the screen illumination is a very useful addition. I didn't love the weave folio in the dark gray - it showed spots and marks really easily so I ended up getting a leather cover. I do like that the folios now have a magnetic strap to keep the marker in place. I've had some close calls with the older version and had lived in mortal fear of losing my marker. All in all, I'm glad I upgraded to this version. Solid purchase.
Great! - This think is the best and has really helped me keep track of all my notes in one place!
Great for doodling, taking notes, etc. - I bought this for my 13 year old daughter. She loves to scribble on real paper and draw with acrylic markers. She loves the textured feel of the screen, and finds drawing with reMarkable much more like drawing on real paper relather than a tablet. She can carry all her artwork with her now that she has the remarkable. She has also started writing reminders for herself and it is great for oraganizing all of her thoughts!! I would recommend it for any student because you can take notes by hand and then convert what you have jotted down into Word documents. What a fantastic purchase!! The only thing I dont like (but is really a great security feature) is the pin that locks the device. I cant crack the code so I have to wait to see her artwork!
Very useful - I love it. Works great and keeps me organized! It works just like a notepad but without the paper clutter!
Fantastic! - This product is great for work. I love that it is the size of a standard notebook, and having the ability to mark, or highlight in color is amazing.
I wanted to like it… but I don’t. - I was excited to purchase the ReMarkable Paper Pro tablet. But after getting it, I was really disappointed. I wanted to like it, because I am a huge note taker. But quickly saw that the functionality/quality of the tablet does NOT equal the $700 price. This may sound strange, but the tablet is too simplified/basic in my opinion. For that price, the quality of the screen should be far better. The fact that you have to pay a yearly subscription (on top of the $700 you have to pay for the tablet) to make use of all of the functions. But the thing that made me decide to return the tablet for a refund was when I lost the file I was working on. It quite literally just disappeared. When I researched online where it may have gone and how to retrieve it… I learned that sometimes “it just happens“ and if you haven’t saved the file before it disappears, you’re just out of luck.
Great quality tablet - Great tablet. Right size to replace paper pads. Permanent companion. Easy to read.
