Hard to use - Difficult to operate and hurt hand from reaching keys.

I love it!! - The microswitch directional pad is a game changer for playing fps titles.

Lasted less than a year - I don't even game that much and one of the directions on the d-pad stopped working. Very poor quality.

Great product works great for fps games - I switched from ps5 to pc and i was struggling with the keyboard this made it easy to customize my controls and get my damage/kills up

Great for gaming but Dpad constantly fails - This product is perfect for gaming, with the thumb Dpad and palm rest keypad. Everything is laid out perfectly and upped my gaming performance over a standard keyboard. BUT, the Dpad fails quite often and I have had to replace this Tartarus several times. Researching this product I learned that the switches they use for the Dpad are not meant for heavy use and it is the most common complaint with the item. It is usually the "forward" switch that fails, which makes the item useless. If I would have know this I would have never purchased this and gotten used to it. Now I can't live without it so I just keep replacing it.

It wasn’t for me - I ended up re-selling this. Don’t get me wrong. It’s a nice quality item, and I wanted to use this specifically for MMOs. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out for me, the product itself is totally fine, I just didn’t like it as much as using my keyboard. If the thumb stick was more than a directional pad, I would likely feel differently.

Best purchase of the year! - Easy to program and perfect for gaming! Definitely recommend the tartarus to anyone!

Little Edge needed - Nice to just get rid of everything non essential and have only what you need to compete.

Useful, patience is key - It’s a great product when you have the patience to learn and create your own comfortable personal menu.

Works great! - I love this one handed keyboard. Only issue I’ve had is I have a heavy thumb and the joystick part only last me like 6 months. I have Best Buy total care and they replace it every time.

Keypad - Our son loves his new keypad for his PC for gaming.

Wonderful and easy to use! - The Tartarus has been in my toolset for rpg and dps gaming for a decade and provides optimal key inputs for spells and abilities!

Great for some but not for me - The Tartarus is a great control device for PC. The little thumb stick can be removed if desired. I did return it only because I tried to get accustomed to it for a little over two weeks and just couldn't. It is built well and feels really comfortable. I had purchased it to use for playing an MMO, but found a mouse with programmable side buttons works better for me.

Amazing if you like thumb stick movement - I love this thing and wish they would make a newer version honestly. I can't stand using wasd and love that I can have movement on a 8 direction "joystick" and able to have 4 more keys to map for easier input.

Design flaw - The game pad itself is great but they break pretty quick. The tab inside the button snaps

Great, compact, user friendly - Works great. This is the second one I have had. I highly recommend it.

lasted 38 days - [Employee of bestbuy] 38 days of normal use for a few hours a day, tops, has broken one of the switches in the thumbstick. loved the product but i can’t recommend it in good faith unless you intend to buy an additional warranty so you can replace it WHEN it breaks. Not my first razer product purchase so I can see the pattern with the quality, but it may unfortunately be my last.

D - Pad Key Input Issue - Product is amazing, just hope they fix the 8 y / o design flaw in the Tartarus line D - Pads...

Good keypad for gaming - Great keypad! I use this over my standard keyboard. Helps that I can change the button mapping
