Customer reviews
Write a reviewGreat Sound - Sound quality is great! Lots of bass and you can hear everything while gaming without headset. Its definitely worth it. And Love the RGB lightning.
Very good gaming speaker - Very good sound for the price it impressed me I recommend it
Good UpgraDE - It was time for an upgrade and i made the right decision! perfect blend of quality and budget friendly.
Great for daily use - More clean without much wires mess on the desk. Bluetooth connection is nice
LOUD AND BOOMING - These are my new favorite audio device when I'm not using my headphones. The quality doesn't fade with the volume and MAN IT SHAKES MY DESK. Love it
Not as good as the v1 was - I don't understand why they would make something with worse connectivity options than the v1 version but it sounds pretty good. I wouldn't buy it to put on a desk that is being used for multiple devices.
A worthy upgrade - I have the original leviathan v2 and wanted a subwoofer. Upgraded to this one and the subwoofer is really nice, and the bar is better than the original. The sound quality is great and the sound has good depth to it. Recommend.
I love the THX feature - There is nothing I don't like about it. I used an under-desk mount for the Base Sub Woofer.
Razer 5.1 surround including Clio and Nommo v2 - Got this to complete a 5.1 surround. I have had Nommo v2 since 2023 and the Nommo v2 comes in better tuned. While Leviathan v2 is ok it did require more tuning to get close to Nommo v2 sound quality. I also have Clio and reported the low volume issues with that while using Synapse nothing has came from that. Clio requires a +24db boost to get close and Leviathan v2 requires a +10db to keep up with Nommo v2. Overall just ok.
Wonderful soundbar and woofer for what this is. - The Razer Leviathan V2 is absolutely phenomenal for what this is. I’m not an audiophile but I am an audio enthusiast who owns multiple other sound bars and sound systems. All I wanted for my computer was a small soundbar with THX audio that could pump some bass out when needed. This soundbar fits absolutely perfectly under my monitor on my computer desk, with the subwoofer just off to the side. I primarily use my SteelSeries Arctic Elite wireless headphones for FPS gaming anyways— and the main reason driving this need in the first place was that my monitor did not come with built-in speakers. However— for $250 this soundbar (and subwoofer) really does punch far and above its weight class. I’m not going to sit here and try to tell you that it’s perfect. To a certain extent you typically always “get what you pay for,” when it comes to speakers and soundbars and these aren’t a massive exception to that rule. Also Razer advertises this as a 7.1 channel soundbar when reviewers have stripped it apart and clearly show that it’s only actually 6.1 channels. But despite its imperfections I feel confident that there is no comparison in quality at $250. Sure you can go out and drop $500-$1000 or more for PC audio… But honestly, why though? You sit a few feet away from your monitor and most gamers opt for headphones in most gaming scenarios (vice open world and racing single player games, where once again this soundbar truly shines). At first I wasn’t a big fan of the gimmicky RGB lighting on something like a soundbar but it’s grown on me. Overall I absolutely love this soundbar… If you truly want better sound quality for your PC needs you can get it, but trust me you’ll have to pay a lot more than you would if you just buy the Razer Leviathan V2. It depends on exactly what you’re hoping to get from your PC sound experience but if all you’re looking for is an affordable soundbar then search no further!! This is your answer. You can also get it for $50 less without the woofer, which if you don’t like (or need) the extra bass (and save some cash in the process).
Lasted 6 months. - Bought it February 2026. It was placed on my desk, under my monitor where it has been sitting for 6 months. Came home today and the USB port is not registering. I tried connecting it to my laptop just to ensure it was not my mobo, didn't even register I plugged anything in.
Must connected to if you want it to work - Dosent work on the desktop alone needs to be connected directly to a pc i needed it for a current temporary aet up bc my desktop dosent have sound and it didn't work due to not having a pc yet and over all sound quality not bad but could be better
Works, but issues using it on gaming console - The product itself is excellent and very easy to set up. Unfortunately, it isn't fully compatible with my Xbox console due to limitations on the console's side, not because of any issue with the product. I think it would be helpful to make this compatibility limitation more prominent in the product description so customers don't accidentally purchase something they won't be able to use. Other than that, great product!
Works - No a single proble plenty of power for audio/ gamea
Good but not perfect - Sound is good overall but i would like for the bass to sound a little bit more, sometimes i feel that the sound from the bass comes more from the actual sound bar than the included bass speaker, also the RGB light is extremely dim and not all colors look good, some like a mood orange light looks like a washed down white wich is a desapointment for a premium rgb brand like razer...
The speaker is cool. I'm very pleased. - The speaker is great. I'm very pleased with the sound.
Audio thoughts - I think these speakers are really clean sounding and have good audio quality. The problem I have with them is how close they are on the bar together. You should switch audio modes depending on what you're listening to, in order to get the correct immersive experience. Overall I do like these speakers, just wish the speaker bar was wider to separate the individual speakers more.
I’m sure they would have been great… - Never had a chance to use them they came with the European outlet cord.
Big Upgrade for me - I previously had a Razer Leviathan V2 standalone soundbar. Replacing it with this was my first experience with a subwoofer and a 2.1 channel soundbar. The EQ is highly customizable and provides great audio quality for a computer desk. If you'd like to have a good home theatre experience on your computer without shelling out several hundred for audio equipment, then this is a good compromise between the two.
