Customer reviews
Write a reviewGreat controller but software... - My only complaint was the reason for returning. The software at the time would not let me bind the extra paddles/buttons to my liking. That's it. All the buttons felt great, joysticks and d pad as well felt great. Not sure if the software has improved since then. It may work for you, I should mention I have somewhat big hands and the controller was comfy and I had no issues reaching any of the buttons/paddles.
Not great - Constant disconnections, even on hard wire connection
Great buy - Love use it only marathon the extra button next to the triggers is why better option then the back buttons which they also come with
GOOD CONTROLLER - Best controller I’ve ever used. Buttons are super clicky and I love how it lights up.
Great controller - This is my new go to controller. Love the charging dock
Good Gaming controller - Good in the sense that it was the button layout is good, but the joysticks break fast.
Bessst! - This controller no delay can pick color anything you want
does the job to an extent - It will do the job but its finicky the rgb on it is cool but the brains of the controller feel off
Great Wired Controller, not so great wireless - The controller functions very well when plugged in via USB, but it doesn't like to connect via Bluetooth.
Zero latency connection - This is seriously the best pc controller ive used. The only problem i have is i cane from a Playstation controller with symmetrical sticks, abd that took some getting used to. Zero lag with the 2.4ghz connection.
Open box Controller - Works like new. You would neverknow it was open box
good hardware, meh software. - The hardware itself is great, I haven't had any issues with the controller, dongle, or dock. the software on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Sometimes the software does not recognize the controller or the software stays in a load loop in which you can make no changes. the buttons feel great and programming it even without using software is easy.
Pc controller - A great controller for the price. I would say the price does match the quality of the controller.
Great controller - Make sure to update the drivers but works really well wired, wireless, and blue tooth.
Customer Service Ghosts You - Bought January 2025, the Dock brock 4 months later. I sent a request to Support to get a new dock for the controller and they ghosted me and never replied. Controller has issues in games like enter the gungeon staying connected due to how it flips between xinput and direct input even on radio frequency. It's fine when it works but customer service isn't going to help you.
Great wired controller - [Employee of bestbuy] Love this controller. I've noticed that the 2.4ghz wireless adapter occasionally loses connection, although it could be due to a lot of interference with my other electronics. I bought it for PC. Haven't tested the Bluetooth so I cannot comment on that. Really enjoy the fact that the included cable is over 6'. Overall it is a great controller with options on connections.
Very good - Works perfecty. Have had it for about a month. The app allows you to change color
There is a delay when using wireless, so you can only play with the cable plugged in.
Got it on sale but I see why it was discounted - Came with stick drift and wouldn’t recommend this one by power a. Get a different one it’ll work longer than 10 minutes
Great controller. Very loud click - Great controller with lots of customization options. Only thing I don’t like is that the buttons are very audible when they click.
