Write a reviewRedundant, heavy, not worth it - At first, it seemed like this ring had everything I needed. Insights on my sleep, habits, health. But after a couple weeks, I noticed that every insight was a copy-paste of another. It doesn’t actually notice anything new after a few weeks. Additionally, it’s now stuck on the charger because it was put back on the wrong way. It’s heavy on my hand and gaudy. Don’t waste your money.
Love itn - My wife loves this thing. She wears it day in and day out
One year later - This ring has helped me so much with figuring out where i am in my cycle. I had a partial hysterectomy about 8 years ago and since then i have felt all over the place. Having this ring gives me a semblance of understanding that i never imagined possible before

Not scratch resistant - I have the pink ceramic oura 5. Says it's scratch resistant and clearly is not
Great product - Sleep tracking , color choices, overall performance
Pleased overall - I wish there was a place to enter blood pressure readings. Battery lasts about 5 days before needing recharged. I wish it wasn’t so thick and wide. I think the new version is slimmer.
Best activitiy tracker - This gen is great. The ceramic is scratch resistant. It's perfect for everyday wear.
The Oura Ring does what it says it will do. - Bought this for my wife, she has been very satisfied with the ease of setting it up through the website and her phone. It tracks many different things, such as sleep pattern, steps, vitals, activity, it can tell you that you are doing yard work. It is very functional and informative on daily functioning.

Great! - upgrade was worth it! the only thing is that they say this ring is scratch resistant, which it is, but will still get blemishes. you need to contact oura to get a ceramic polishing pad which literally wipes away the blemishes. it does not come with it when you buy from best buy, but oura should provide it for free or you can get the polishing pad for cheap on amazon.

Oura Ring 4 - I love everything that it tracks! I love that it tracks your sleep score, menstrual cycle, activities/workouts, stress, breathing, and your body’s temperature. I love that you can log your daily meals/snacks and get nutritional information from that as well. I haven’t found anything that I don’t like about it, it has been great overall! I wear it either on my pointer or middle finger.
Too bulky - I bought an Oura Ring 4 Ceramic and found it too bulky for comfortable daily wear. In my case, wearing it caused hand discomfort, so I wasn’t able to use it consistently enough for it to be worthwhile. Because the return window was limited to 30 days, I’m now stuck absorbing the cost of a very expensive product that did not work for me.

Best investment for your health - This product is truly amazing at detecting when my body is stressed and also when I need to rest. The numbers it gives me reflects exactly how I feel. This helps me determine what activities I need to avoid and if I need to sleep more. I would definitely recommend this product
