Customer reviews
Write a reviewGreat switch! - The switch is very tiny. The metal housing seems like it will be durable.
5-Port Gigabit Network Switch -- fast and robust! - Extremely intuitive to use, maintains high speeds (~800 Mbps) and sturdy material. 10/10
Life saver - We have a ton of stuff that we hook up through a Ethernet cable and having this makes it easier to wire up stuff that is far away from our tower. Easy set up.
Solid equipment - Netgear makes great equipment and this simple switch doesn't disappoint. It's so easy to set up -- just plug it in! -- and distribute Ethernet access to multiple devices
Product - Like the product. Have had no issues; it worked well. The product works and was useful .
Awesome - Definitely recommend no issues after installing and works great I have 3 of them through out my home
Great product - Its a great ethernet hub. Signal is strong, fast i dont have problems with it. Easy to install
Is what it is - Does the job it's designed to do, works well, designed well, and I have no problem recommending this item.
NETGEAR data switch - It was easy to set up. I just connected a patch cable from my router to the switch and that gave me the capability to connect my PC to the router via ethernet rather than using the slower WiFi.
Works great - Makes my playstation run smooth with no lag, highly recommend!
Great Product - Works great. Does what it is intended to do. Lifetime Warranty.
Works perfectly. - Simple plug and play setup. Speed tests are the same as wired direct the router. Online gaming is also the same as direct wired. No ping difference.
Ethernet switch - my old Netgear switch finally conked out after many years of use. BestBuy had the same item for purchase. Works like a champ just like the old one did. Am very happy
Replacement - Had to replace my older Netgear due to a lightning surge destroying it. This new one works great nd provides the added security that some cheaper models don’t provide.
Needed To Expand Ethernet Ports - My wife recently got into PC gaming but has been using wifi exclusively and was experiencing lag. Did some research and found that this network switch would be perfect for our use case. Got everything connected and mounted (the wall mounting is perfect and it's small enough to not take up a lot of space). Once we fired her PC up and did a speed test she was at the max speed for our internet!! We even ran concurrent speed tests on both my PC and hers with no drop in speeds at all!!
Perfect product - Exactly what we needed, as our router only had one Ethernet port.
small and handy - hubby is the electronics geek in the house, so this is his deal. he loves having everything connected, it was easy to set things up. it was worth it
NETGEAR - Returned it, wrong type. no problem with returing it
Just what I needed - No problems. Plug and Play worked perfectly. My new router what 2.5K and I needed a high speed switch.
