Minecraft Coins - Not much to say here, it's a Minecoins card and I redeemed it for Minecoins. Worked well.

Not redeemable - I have followed instructions and still not able to redeem code. There should be a easier way to resolve these issues, not everyone has time to return to store or contact retailer

Dont buy Digital cards - I had to grab a last minute gift for a Birthday so i did this and it took 2 days and a phone call before it was sent to me. The phone call was a request to cancel the order since at the time it was not provisend I tried chat first then was sent to an over seas team then escalated to another over seas team. I was told it would be canceled and look for an email. Nope it was provisioned and now refunds are not allowed. I feel like this was a shady practice and that the Customer Service was no help for the customer. I highly recommend not buying digital codes from BestBuy. I was able to get the same code cheaper and immediately from another website.

Disappointed - Phone was ready within am hour to pick up. It was supposed to be activated as I provided all my carrier information. I asked when i picked it up if it was activated and walked out. Glad i checked at the car because it was not set up at all and when i started to do it myself, the phone said i had to take it to my service provider. I had to go in and wait Not what i was expecting

Buyer Beware - Don't buy this if you play on Android. Unable to redeem, just keeps putting me in an endless loop asking for a Microsoft account which we do not have. Just a buy a Google play card on Amazon, better customer service and actual works! Waisted hours trying to redeem this nonsense. And Best Buy was no help at all!

Perfect gift - Prompt delivery and easy to use. Cant ask for more than that in a gift card
