Microsoft – Geek Squad Refurbished Good – XBOX Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 for XBOX One – Black

Best Buy’s “Geek squad” sell broken controllers. - I received a refurbished Xbox elite series 2 controller for Christmas, I was absolutely over the moon about it. Then the next day all the flaws were revealed. The controller and case were FILTHY, which what looked like dandruff and skin cells coated the inside and the controller itself. Then I noticed that the controller’s left bumper button only works like a 1/4 of the time. Not to mention, one of the back paddles they included didn’t work in the least amount. Overall, don’t buy this refurbished controller, instead buy an elite series two core controller and spend maybe $15-20 on the accessories. Goon squad, you failed to clean and catch these very large issues. Would give 0/5 if I could.

Good value on a great controller. - Works as expected. My son loves his controller. I’d buy another if I needed one. Still expensive though ;)

Xbox Elite Wireless controller Series 2 - Purchased over 2 years and and had no issues. Comfortable and easy to set up.

Good product, could be better - For a pro controller was kinda disappointed. Started getting early stick drift and the face button became sticky eventually meaning that if I press it wouldn’t rebound fast …..

Elite - Love this controller,,,,buttons wear out after a year or 2 but all in all still geeat controller

Just like a brand new one - Works like a new one, why spend the full price. Came with all the accessories

Get it - Great controller, works perfect out of the box. It also works with all PC games which is what i bought it for. Battery lasts an extremely long time!

Nothing better than this controller right here. build is sturdy and battery life is amazing. After buying this one I bought a second for my PC. Works via Bluetooth just as well as wireless or 2.4gz.

Amazing product - Well this controller is outstanding but the backstory I have with this thing sucks. When all the way with me through a 3 year relationship held up so strong through thick and thin best gaming session with it with the chick but then she dumped me but that's okay I'll just be depressed with my control instead, so if you read down here this for it vers to the right on the right joy stick

Best Controller - Love this controller and would buy it again. The xbox button is customizable and the controller just feels good in hand.

Great, When It Works - I’ve had to replace over 10 of these controllers due to quality control issues. Geek Squad Replacement Plan is essential with this product. When it works, its great, but be prepared for stick drift, dropped inputs, grip peeling, and disconnects ~6 months into the controller’s lifespan.

Good controller - The left trigger was loose and would move around but other than that it’s a great price for this controller.

Stick drift - It came in good but later had stick drift was kinda sad on that one
