Write a reviewGeekSqad Refurbirshed Means Nothing - Item was in fair condition at best. Missing charging cable because they couldn't be bothered to toss in a Micro-USB cable. Rubber padding had already started coming off. Will be returning the next time I am headed in the direction of my local store.
This is a Fail - When this arrived, all the underneath buttons were missing. Had to return and purchase a new more expensive model.
The best - This controller is the best far my none I'd recommend it to anyone well worth rhe money
Not worth the time, buy new - Refurbished controllers have issues. I’ve exchanged until I gave up and paid for a new controller. Pay up for the new but don’t expect a controller that doesn’t have problems.

Awesome got it $135-$50 reward making it $85 - Pretty awesome. This was a refurbish item but looks new in the box.
Waste of time - Not worth the purchase the thumb sticks are too heavy so if you let go of them they tend to swing in the opposite direction making your character move in the opposite direction of where you want to go but it looks nice. And they break easily on top of all that I've owned two of these.
A button stuck - Bought refurbished and the A button is sunk all the way down heard this is a common problem and very hard to fix
Best controller out there. The grip and buttons on it are excellent.
It's good - Controller was good but the grip would come off on multiple Controllers.. there was also analog drift.

Refurbished controller - I bought this refurbished Xbox Elite controller at a discounted price and it's been great so far.
It's refurbished - The controller was good until the grips started coming off. I was able to buy something else when they didn't have a replacement for the same item.
great controller - love the feel. and it lasted 3 years of use. Buttons wore out now after 3 years . i bought geek squad warranty.
Hmmm... - Refurbished is not the best way to go. Especially, when you want to make sure your game is not going to get interrupted because of a bad controller.
Great remote - My son favorite Xbox remote. So many options and configuration for best game control
Refurbished should be called Garbage - I bought 1 Elite and 2 regular "refurbished" Controllers. All were on sale at a price that I thought why not. However, it didn't take long before the Elite stick was drifting bad. It just got worse and I couldn't return it. I switched to one of the standard controllers only to have that do the same thing, Fortunately the 3rd controller hasn't done it, but I am pretty unhappy with having 2 fail so quickly. 1 out of 3 working is ridiculous. I don't recommend buying refurbished.
Good controller - I really liked the grips but didn't use the paddles.
