Good basic headset - The setup was easy, even to the point of connecting to the second device. Sound quality is good. The microphone works well. Note that this headset is not noise cancelling with regard to hearing, only with regard to the microphone. However, in a reasonably quiet environment, this one does the job.

Sound not bad but horrible material and texture - It sounds good. But it feels very fragile and has a horrible texture at least for its price.

Headset - I was looking for something to keep people from hearing my background noise but nope this didn't work. They are also pretty heavy on my ears compared to how lightweight a Jabra is. they look nice but had to return. Also, for WFH you have to download the software and I can't do that on my work computer.

Good for outdoor work. No complaints! - It's great for outdoor work because the sweat near my ears don't pool up like it does with other headphones that are made of fabric instead of leather or something. It has a pretty good battery life. I have not gotten a chance to use the mike on it. Over all, (I would recommend!)

Reliable all-day headset for remote work - I use these daily for long remote work sessions, and they've held up well. They're light enough that I forget I'm wearing them even after several hours on calls, which matters when you're on a headset most of the day. The microphone comes through clearly on the other end, and being able to pair to two devices at once has been convenient for switching between my phone and computer. Battery easily gets me through a full workday. Comfortable, dependable, and does exactly what I need without fuss.

Does not block noise well - They are comfortable and easy to use, but the microphone and software have no background noise filter, and this is a big deal to me.

Comfortable, noise-canceling microphone not great - These headphones are lightweight and comfortable enough to wear for long periods, and the sound quality is decent for everyday use. Pairing was straightforward, and overall they've been fine for listening to music and taking calls. The biggest disappointment is the noise-canceling microphone. Despite the product description, it does not effectively block out background noise during calls. People on the other end could still hear surrounding conversations and other ambient noise, which was the main reason I purchased this headset. If you're looking for a comfortable wireless headset with acceptable audio, these are fine. However, if you need a microphone that actually filters out background noise for work calls or meetings, these did not meet my expectations.

Very Disappointed - I like the design and sound quality of these headphones, but the reception range is horrible. I've tried using them with multiple devices and if I get more than a foot away from the source I loose reception. The only device I can use them with is my phone since its usually right in front of my face.

Product review - Moderate satisfaction. Good for listening videos, audies, and phone call or interview.

Amazing, would totally buy again!! - I've worked with using headsets for work for a long time, I have to say this is the best and my favorite so far! I work from home, and my dogs bark & my colleagues or my patients cannot hear the background noise. Its simply amazing totally worth your buck!

Headphones - Didn't know at the time of purchase that these headphones were the upgraded ones to the previous H800 model, really like the new style and functionality!

Soundcore - I have bad hearing in my left ear, so these headphones are perfect. I can use them with my hearing aid and the price was great.

Management for answering service - Perfect choice. Fits around my ears, no discomfort. Audio is better than any other head set I have had & I've been using a head set for 20 years. I'm on the phone Tue-Sat for 7a-3p.

Waste of money - Bad reception, alot of static. Battery kife was decent but do not recommend.
