Overview
- Slow Cook Function
Can be used in place of a countertop slow cooker, eliminating the need for a separate appliance and saving counter space. It cooks food slowly at a low temperature, great for braising meats and vegetables or building flavor in stews and curries. - Food Warming Function
is designed to maintain cooked food at an optimal serving temperature. Temperature settings can be adjusted from low to high, and it can warm multiple dishes at the same time. - Bread Proof Function
provides consistent low heat to help activate the yeast in dough while it proofs, promoting rise. For best results, set the Humidity Slide Control to Moist while proofing. - Two-Position Racks
can be placed front-to-back or side-to-side to accommodate cookware in a variety of shapes and sizes. Warming drawer includes two racks. - Designed To Be Personalized
with a curated palette of exterior finishes and mixed metal hardware. Pick from lush Juniper, warm Black Ore and classic Stainless Steel finishes, all with matching handles. Personalize your hardware with optional handle accessory kits in Brass, Bronze, Black Ore and Stainless Steel. - Sensor Temperature Control
uses a thermostat to monitor the heat inside the warming drawer and automatically adjusts as needed to help prevent food from drying out. - 1.5 Cubic Foot Capacity
comfortably fits a variety of dishes with enough height for a mixing bowl and width for a 9″ x 13″ casserole dish. - Humidity Slide Control
adjusts moisture levels in the drawer to help retain the flavor and texture of different foods. The Dry Setting lets steam escape, great for baked goods and fried foods. The Moist Setting seals in moisture, great for egg dishes, roasts and vegetables. - Power Indicator Light
located on the front of the warming drawer shows at a glance when the drawer is on and in use.
