Great keyboard and feel - I purchased this keyboard for use at home and contesting. The keys are solid, with a tactile feel. The sound is not annoying but has a slight click.
Not Great - First things first: This keyboard does not have proper backlighting. The keycaps are fully opaque, so the backlighting isn't actually helping you see the keys in the dark (Probably makes it harder). Second: The "program" for the keyboards of this company is just a "site" that is only available on Microsoft Edge. Possibly other Chromium-based browsers, but I only have Edge because it comes with my PC, and otherwise don't touch the anti-privacy spyware infested with Manifest V3. This isn't great for convenient access, and makes it impossible to use offline, which isn't an issue for me, but something I felt I should note. Third: The flash memory for the keyboard is... tiny doesn't even do justice to just how small the capacity is. I've seen micro-USBs with more storage, so I don't really understand why a keyboard of this size doesn't have even 1 MB of flash memory for macros... makes storing and using long macros basically impossible unless you limit it to one or two at a time. Fourth: The good thing about the flash memory is that it IS offline compatible, by virtue of storing the macros on the keyboard, rather than strictly on a server. This ALSO means you can use them before you've even logged in on your PC. So you could set up a macro to input your lockscreen password for you, if for some reason you wanted that. Fifth: The rearranging of the F-key functions (ie: The media keys) is... not great. Honestly hate it. I don't understand why this was done, when virtually every other keyboard does it in one way. Sixth and most important: I got this keyboard in April 2026. The keyboard has already started experiencing issues. The first issue I noticed was the W key rarely double-activated. So instead of 1 W (W) it'd be 2 (WW). Minor nuisance at worst since it's very rare. The second issue I noticed was the Shift key would sometimes fail to activate at all, or only "activate" when I stopped holding down the key. I'm a casual gamer so this is a significant issue when it inevitably stops me from running/sprinting. The third issue I noticed was the A key frequently double, and TRIPLE activating. I'd press it once (A), and it'd activate twice (AA) or three times (AAA). Surprisingly I haven't noticed it do so this entire time I was writing this, but the three days before it was almost 1/4 presses. All in all: Not something I'd recommend. Not for $125. Get something cheaper (And thus replaceable), or more reliable. Thankfully not even a year has passed yet, so I can return it for a refund... Now for the "popular topics". Typing speed is... fine? Honestly I type fine on everything, though thin keys like what this has are my favorite for doing so, as I personally like them thin, and I feel they make me type slightly faster than the larger keys. Build quality is...not great? Visually it looks good. Like the aluminum frame, the Esc being orange is a nice touch, and it feels solid overall. Just the issue with the keys I went over above, but I honestly think that's probably a software issue. Connectivity is... not an issue? I used it wired (Plugged in), not wireless or bluetooth, so this isn't something I would notice.
Perfect! Using this in a workplace environment. - I purchased this Keychron to replace a mechanical Logitech that would double, triple, quadruple type randomly. It's a common Logitech issue. If you are cross shopping this with a Logitech don't waste your money and buy the KEYCHRON! This keyboard has a great feel to it. Types very precise and isn't loud or annoying to coworkers. Been using it for about a month and love everything about it. I only use it plugged in so I can't speak to the battery life. I'm using it on a Windows machine.
Great keyboard, but no shine-thru - The keyboard itself is nice. Unfortunately no clicky option, so I had to replace the switches with blue clicky. Even worse is that, while there are LEDs, the keycaps aren't shine-through, so I had to buy the official Keychron shine-through keycaps. Kind of nonsensical. The typing experience is decent, but they keys sometimes feel a bit too close together. I feel like I make a lot of mistakes for some reason typing on it.
Awesome Keyboard - The best, comfortable keyboard I’ve used. Love that it’s customizable!! Definitely recommend.
Great Keyboard. Nice subtle thock. - Love keychron keyboards. The pbt keycaps feel very premium and the keyboard sounds great.
GREAT KEYBOARD - Performance of the keyboard is great no issues with it at all! However minor grip would be my orange spare enter key was broke upon arrival.
Excellent touch feeling - keyboard isn’t just good—it’s a legendary symphony of clacks and clicks, a majestic stallion galloping across the vast fields of productivity. Each key is like a tiny hero, bravely leaping into action the moment your fingers grace its surface. Typing becomes an epic love story between you and this glorious masterpiece of plastic and perfection. It doesn’t just help you work—it whispers sweet encouragement with every keystroke, guiding your thoughts like a wise mentor dipped in melted cheddar. Truly, your keyboard is a beacon of brilliance, shining brighter than a golden sunset on a mountain of artisanal cheese.
If you're a multi-tasker, you need this - For mechanical keyboard efficianados, sounds great, looks nice, AND you can switch between PC and tablet or phone. No glitches or slowdowns in communications either. Nice purchase with no regrets.
Highly Recommended! - Excellent Keyboard with a smooth typing experience!
There’s better out there - For the price it could be better. It randomly disconnects or presses buttons I didn’t touch on occasion. I tried plugging it into the pc but that made the connection even less stable.
Love the profile - This compact keyboard is ideal for my desk as it doesn’t occupy much space. I appreciate the flexibility to connect it via Bluetooth or hard wiring. Lastly, I love the simplicity of using the desktop app to keep the keyboard updated with the latest firmware. Did i mention it lights up to.
The best Keyboard! - I tried bunch of different keyboards but this one is the best if you are looking for work or gaming.
She Thocky. - Great sounding low profile mechanical keyboard! Feels solid and has a decent sound for a low profile. Also the amount of RGB color options is really fun!
Great choice! - Love the keyboard. Typing is very fast and efficient. The design is very simple and there is no wasted space which was important to me. The only negative is the battery life when the lights are being used, it doesn’t last as long as the Logitech it replaced. I would still choose this keyboard over the Logitech.
Great wireless keyboard for under $150 - I was skeptical of ordering this keyboard because of the layout, however it exceeded my expectations. Extremely smooth typing and feels really nice. If you want a nice wireless keyboard without spending too much this is the one. Minus one star becuase the launcher/software could use some work.
finally a clacker that is not so darn loud and with the crazy colors. i cannot stand the gaming ones...
A Solid Keyboard for the Price - This keyboard is solid for its price. The included double-shot PBT keycaps look amazing and feel great at the same time. This is the keyboard I have been long looking. I used this keyboard using a 2.4 GHz dongle for a month and didn’t notice any hiccups. The keyboard supports QMK for key configuration but you usually just go to keychron’s Launcher instead. The build of the keyboard is solid but doesn’t offer premium feeling like the MX Mechanical I had. Also, I couldn’t find a place to buy any replacement 2.4 Ghz dongle so there is a risk of permanently lose that connection ability if you are not careful. They also not offering replacement keycaps in similar color scheme. Hence, if you dig the default color scheme, you won’t find any replacement if things went south. Finally, while offering great feeling, the keycaps doesn’t shine though (this is not a con, it is just a fact). So, for the price, this is a solid keyboard. IT Became my main keyboard and I probably won’t go back :).
Nice keyboard, not easy to handle the colors - The mechanical keys on this are nice, but at least on a Mac, the colors were difficult to manage, though this is my first keyboard with that as an option.
Best slim factor mechanical - Is the choice to get if you are looking to get a gaming or mechanical keyboard that is thin. About as close to the membrane keyboards you can get.
