A Game Changer for My Home Office Setup! - This docking station is an absolute game changer! It transformed my new laptop into a full-blown command center. Docking station - Never looked into these before but glad we did, I am able to use so many devices with my laptop wfh setup now it’s great!

Nice looking docking station - I like the sleek style but yet multiple outlets. Sets on my desk and not so bulky and doesn't look crowded,

Never again will I purchase anything from Best Buy. I purchased this product and it did not work for my laptop. I intended to return it but couldn’t fit a trip into my schedule. Since they closed so many store, going to Best Buy is now a planned trip. When I finally had time to return the item I was 10 days out of the 15 day return policy they wouldn’t take it back. I was willing to take store credit because I am in the market for a TV but they would not allow it. Never again will I buy anything from Best Buy. They were my go to store for electronics. I like to shop brick and mortar instead of on line when it comes to more expensive items. Never again. I had some reservations about the product to begin with so I was very careful about opening the package and returning it to the box. Going through the failed return process they damaged the box taking the item out to inspect it. They only thing they could say was the return policy is printed on the receipt. It does say a 15 day return on MOST items. It is not clear if my particular item is bound by the 15 day restriction. Very disappointed. Never again will I shop Best Buy.

Works Great - Easy to use works great with the MacBook Air wit) two 27in curve monitors

Works well - Allows several usb ports and is sleek and easily tucked away

The Standard - As far as I'm concerned, this is the standard in docking stations. I personally have three for stations set up across the country that allow me to seamlessly use my electronics wherever I am. I also encourage my staff to use this product line as well.

Love it - I had a smaller version j5 that went bad right after the 1 year warranty. I wish I had bought this one to begin with. I use it for webcam, dual monitors and halo light for making videos & calls.

Works Great for Gaming Laptop - Works wonderfully with my gaming laptop. I haven't noticed any delay or issues since setting it up, big fan!

Docking station - I was in the middle of a work project when my docking station stopped working. I bought this with help from a great employee; it was everything I needed. The slender style does not take up much room on my desk.

Universal Port Connection - Great product!! I was able to connect all of my devices to this unit .

Almost useless for ME. - You have to know and understand what you will use this for. I thought I could use multiple monitors but you cannot use both the HDMI and DP together, in my case at least. The through power thing is nice. I can switch between my work and personal laptops pretty easily, just need to move an HDMI and a USB-C now. It does help a lot.

Works like a charm - I'm not tech savvy at all. But this was so easy to set up. It's literally a plug & play device. It make me feel like a tech pro. Ha ha! Nothing special needed for split screens once I plugged in my extra monitor and plugged in my laptop to this device. They worked as I'd hoped. I love having all the extra ports. Great and useful.

J5 create Triple display docking station - The product didn’t work with my laptop. I had to buy a separate HDMI adapter for the dual display. I was not impressed with the design of the product.

Awesome Docking station - I absolutely love this docking station. I needed something to allow me to hookup multiple monitors and this was it. I have may laptop screen and then 4 additional monitors setup. I do options trading and this is the perfect setup for me to see everything important as I’m trading during the day. You won’t be disappointed if you purchase this.

Worked for what it was inteded to do and was easy to work with. Thankfully my laptop has 2 power ports because plugging power suply into this and then plugging this into my laptop caused issues because the power output from this is too low.

Many ports - Used this with 3 displays and worked like a charm, many ports for all your devices, having ethernet ports makes this the perfect dock station, and as plus it also works pretty good with mac os

Not worth the money - Purchased to use for my dual screens, item was defective, Best Buy would not return ended up throwing away two weeks after opened.

Easy to set up - Needed a dock in a crunch and this was the one I settled one. Works as described. Easy to set up and connect. The ability to run the power usb-c to either side without having a tangled mess is really nice!
