Printer works well. - The printer was easy to set up and works great. I very seldom use a printer but need one for health and legal papers and returns. So the ink plan for the ink is more than I need and you have to purchase it. Was not pleased with that. The printer however so far works great.

Great upgrade - Could never get my old HP ptinter to work with my desktop computer to print. phone and crome book would print but not my desktop computer. but my new printer workes with all my devices.. so happy with my new printer. almost glad my old printer broke. LOL.
Old HP stop working - Needed a printer, didn’t want to pay a lot but still have the same features as my old one while this was a downgrade it still has the main features I need. Scans print copies fax I’ve tried all fax and have no complaints. Easy set up and was able to download the app for instructions and to immediately start using the product.

Sooooooooooo Slow! - This is the slowest printer I have ever used -- and I have used many in my long career. I have had several HP printers at home and were very satisfied. My older one broke so I automatically went to get the same one -- knew it would be an upgrade. I sure wish I hadn't. I actually ate lunch while it printed 12 legal sheets. It is slow to warm up and the display is not touch friendly. You have to have a stylus. I understand it can do many things but I just want it to print what I need. True the print quality is very good but that is the only good thing I can say about this printer. I wish I had purchased a different one!
