Printer HP - Buttons are not big enough always over lapping and hitting the wrong buttons Not as simple to operate as my old HP printer. And the color is print not as good as to resolution Wish it was a little easy to use Took me a lot longer to replace ink I really loved my old HP. Printer had it for 13 years sorry just a little harder to get use too
Wont pair with hp co.puter - Will not link up to my hp desktop. I tried nu.erous times the error message says no driver available
Not yet installed - Can't review this product because it's not yet installed. Had to already pay for installation to even set up the appointment though. That is bad customer service and we're looking for alternatives.

Very nice printer with feeder, wifi Wifi. - Very nice printer, super great price. Easy set up. No more making multiple copies just from the flatbed. Makes perfect copies from feeder. Super easy set up with HP app to connect to the to wireless network.
Very high tech - Compared to my last office size printer, this is a nice compact little printer. Being a mature adult, I have been having difficulty adjusting to new ways to print and scan. I miss having a printed instruction manual and I am still struggling with learning how to scan using my phone and my computer rather than having an USB support to just download scans to. The new features are good and probably easier once I figure them out, I have the insta ink program and we'll see how well that goes with this new printer.
HO office jet - I’ve owned several HP printers over the years. What I most like is that they maintain their print quality and last a long time.
HP office jet 8125 - The sales person said it had a USB port and I have never found one. The store said 8125 and product says 8120. Confusing. Makes nice copies. The setup did not work as easy as other products I have purchased. The copier has worked and then had to been removed from computer and then added back. This not what I have expected since I have owned HP for many many years. This was a disappointment.
Happy customer - I’m so glad that we purchased this printer it keeps us from having to go to outside printing stores we can now do it from the comfort of home!

Driver Updates No longer supported by Microsoft - Despite how nice this printer looks, it has been a real pill - from setup to constant issues. Then, a few days ago, it was disconnected, apparently Microsoft does not support this product anymore so driver updates are not available and with their software updates, it will not connect. Hours of research and troubleshooting, was finally able to get it connected through and HP AI solution, which I do not prefer at all. I would not recommend this product at all. In fact, I would love to have my money back to buy one that is supported. :(
Does the job - I’m a long time HP printer user. This unit works as intended. The fax solution is brilliant. However the menu selection takes more taps to do a simple task like copying a document. However, not bad for the price.
Officer printer - We had a previous office jet printer and this one is very similar. Does a great job with home needs.
Work as described, enjoying the wireless experience either using my phone or any other device.
hp printer - Not happy with printer Actually having someone coming out to get it to make copies and find out why it keeps telling me the network connection is unavailable. Way too many questions that pop up when you are trying to make a copy. Printer is used at home for personal use.
