Basic Laser Printer - Nice Product for the price given. The bluetooth feature is an added advantage. But, expect some high noise and delay when connecting the printer using bluetooth

Absolutely horrendous experience - The first time I placed the order, they sent me a completely wrong product. I ordered a printer and found a wireless keyboard at my door. Then I called them, I was told to drive to Best Buy, which was 7 miles away to do the return physically. They accepted the mistake but for only OK with me going back home and placing the order again. They weren’t willing to give me the product at the store. I placed the order again. This time the box arrived with no power cable. When I call customer support, they told me to drive back 7 miles to the Best Buy store to return the product because there was no way for them to replace just the power cable and they wanted me to place the order a third time. So you tell me how my experience was. I’m now stuck at home with a printer with no power cord because I am tired of driving back-and-forth between Best Buy and my house.

Easy install high quality BW laser printer - This printer was easy to install and connect to WiFi. Good quality printouts at a good speed. Best bang for your buck. Also scans and copies!

Solid quality printer and scanner. - Easy to use, solid quality and overall performance. No issues with Apple AirPlay, though needs the HP app setup to use wireless properly. Big issue for me is how long Apple Mac OS will stay compatible with HP software for this model. For now, this printer is worth considering especially on sale.

Nonfunctional web printing - HP Smart app is useless and there is unfortunately no alternative

Nice Printer - After wasting money on ink the laser printer is alot better no more wasting ink.The HP does a nice job printing

Product was misleading - Product advertised as open boxed. Product description mentions the laser cartridge is included, and it was, dry as a bone and first used over two years ago which is when the cartridge went dry and the original purchaser returned it. This prior transaction triggered the start of the warranty and I received the item with an expired warranty. Unaware and unable received to register or use the product. I just ordered a laser cartridge for the printer from best buy online account and it did not arrive on time and is in the hands of an unfamiliar delivery service I cannot contact. Best Buy has proven to be an ongoing disappointment for me so beware if you purchase for delivery online

TONER is out 3 WEEKS? - Hi, I received this item on September 22, 2026, and the toner cartridge is already out? I have only printed on 1 ream of paper. 2ndly, to print on both sides of the paper, you have to take the prints out flip them, and then reinsert. This printer is ridiculous!

New printer - Good low volume home all in one unit. It uses a large toner cartridge so you don’t have to mess with the cartridges.

Great Product ! - Simple, Easy to use. No messy ink cartridges. Great Product !

College Printer - Bought this as a gift for my college aged son. He loves it. Easy to opperate.

Small and Mighty - Great print quality. Some setup issues, but customer service was very helpful.

Better than expected. - Although I am happy with the printer that we purchased my intent here was to leave an excellent review for the sales person, Watson, from the North Dartmouth Best Buy. Watson was extremely knowledgeable and tremendously efficient in helping us find the product that we needed. He was also very personable and went above and beyond in helping us with our business purchase, as well as an additional purchase that we had been contemplating. Watson is an invaluable asset to the store.

the only laser printer choice for compact spce - this is very compact. It's awsome. the reason I deduct one star is the cover of the scaner could be designed better I think.

HP M140 Priinter - Perfect for using in home office. I did need customer support to walk me through wireless connecting to my devices but they were very helpful.
