HP Envy Photo 7275 Wireless Inkjet Printer - With all day tech assistance I was not able to get the printer connected with an interface window that was only in Spanish. I returned this item on Oct 6, 2026 with a full refund. Now I am being charged for $183.34 for ink cartridges.

Setup Problems - Not sure why HP forces you to use their App for install. I launched everything in the order listed and it kept taking me to a web page where it wanted me to register and pay for something. After several tries to work around this, I gave up. I went to the HP web site, downloaded the drivers (full version) and got the printer connected. It printed fine, then I tried to scan a document and kept getting scan not active message. After several attempts, I removed the printer from the system and tried to install it with the USB cable, big problem it will not let you connect that way, it just kept telling me the USB was not connected. Yes, I did try three different cables and two other USB ports on the PC. I returned the printer. I will keep using my HP5520, old and slow but it works. I can not recommend or not recommend the product, never got it installed to do any actual work.
Great printer and price - This printer does not disappoint. Its quick and easy to use.
Loving it so far - I have the HP Envy 6400 for around four years and just upgraded to this one. I need to figure out the scanning feature, but so far am very happy with this. I love HP products and do not think I will buy any other brand of printer. I sign up for the monthly ink subscription and will get ink mailed to me when the printer is close to running out. So simple and easy.
Good printer. AWFUL customer service. $$$$$ Ink - Purchased HP ENVY Photo 7275 from Best Buy Jan 2026. It worked well initially, but my experience changed dramatically after a firmware update. Took hours and hours of diagnostics over a few days (bought new HP cartridges twice) to figure out I needed a replacement printer. HP customer service was VERY painful. Phone contact didn’t work. AI chatbot wanted me to do the diagnostics AGAIN. Turned over to a “chat” agent to begin the warranty replacement process. Close to another hour of answering questions before being turned over to a “Live Chat Agent”. A separate reason I would give this a one-star rating. HP ink is expensive. They make it impossible to buy more affordable options. This seemingly cost effective printer choice turns out to be expensive it the long run. I won’t buy HP again.
User friendly - I was very easy to install and works great in every assignment I requested.
