Ink cartridges - these are the only cartridges I use in my printer.

Great ink - Only brand i use for my 10yr old HP all in one printer. Always great color and easy to install.Highly recommend

Credit card issue - The low rating is due to a poorly explained one time card special rebate. The initial offer was not understood to apply only in store. Then the rebate was only available for use in the next 48 hours. So purchased something we did not need to prevent losing the rebate. Long time customers since the week of the Musicland tornado. We were stockholders for a while. But we are no longer fans of BB.

Quality Is Good, Price is Not - Quality is good but price is exorbitant. Hard to believe they cannot make or sell this product for much less.

HP Cartridges - You can count on Best Buy to have the printing supplies you need!

Printer ink when you need it! - Ordering Ink cartridge for HP printer was fast and easy. Using points was a plus! Best Buy will recycle old cartridges too.

Expensive Ink Cartridge Disabled My Printer - Overpriced HP ink cost me more than the printer. Printer deemed the Yellow cartridge was "damaged" although no physical damage could be seen. This triggered errors that could not be cleared. HP customer service would not assist, because the serial number on the printer was "not valid". Couldn't return ink after the package was opened. After hours of troubleshooting with no access to support, whole printer was discarded and replaced. No longer trusting HP products after this waste of money and time.

What? Me worry? - It is just ink! what do you want to know about it? It has three colors that can be used to make thousands more if you have a printer that uses these ink cartridges. They are a bit overpriced for their size.

No blue! - The blue cartridge did not work. Printer said not a true HP. Other colors were fine.

Great ink works like it should I would buy it again

Great replacement printer ink - Purchased at the store from a large in stock inventory. As always original HP ink is easy to install.

Recent purchase - Very expensive. Only purchased because I had to print.

Worth the price - Genuine HP ink is superior to other brands. These may work for a short time, but inferior ink can and did ruin the printhead. Genuine HP ink works best.

Cartridges damaged but return denied in store - I had been using my printer for over 12 years and over this time probably replaced 8-10 times the cartridges. Never had a problem. This time however since I unpacked them I noticed the outlet of the onk was not protected. Then when trying to plug them I struggled trying to fit them in but still it was Ok since the printer properly reported I was installing new and original cartridges. But that was the last good message I ever got. Immediately after that the printer started to struggle and aftwr few seconds it reported an error with the cartridges. Tried everything: remove and install several times, restarting the printer. I even tried installing the old cartridges bit the message never got away so now my printer is broken. I totally get it was time to get a new one, so I went to Bestbuy to return the cartridges, recycle the printer and then buy a new one... but the customer service ladies in the Bellevue WA store told me that since the package was open they couldn't refund me anything. So I went ahead, left the cartridges there, recycled the printer and bought a new Epson one (in Amazon of course - at least there if anything is damaged I know they will accept the return). PS. I was also ready to buy a new TV... so I also got it in Amazon.

Standard purchase. - Great quality. Price of ink for older printer is not customer friendly.

Inkjet cartridges - more expensive than i would like it to be but they do work in my printer

PRICEY - Ink works great, although the price could be better.
