Overview
- Made for the future of Wi-Fi.
Nest Wifi Pro uses the latest, most advanced Wi-Fi 6E technology. So it isn’t compatible with previous generations of Google Wifi or Nest Wifi. - Thoughtfully designed to perform.
Wi-Fi routers perform best when they’re out in the open. So Nest Wifi Pro is designed to look good anywhere.₂ - Parental controls for more peace of mind.
Use the Google Home app to block access to certain websites and explicit content. Set Wi-Fi schedules, internet time-outs, and more. - Coverage for your entire home.
One router provides up to 2200 square feet of fast, reliable Wi-Fi.₁ And you can customize your setup for the coverage you need. - Give guests their own network.
Create a special network just for guests that uses a different password, so you don’t have to give them yours. - Privacy and security come first.
Secure booting and software updates help protect Nest Wifi Pro from running unauthorized software and router hacks. - Faster than fast.
Nest Wifi Pro is built for Wi-Fi 6E. It’s up to 2x faster than Wi-Fi 6, so you get super fast speeds and a reliable connection for your entire home.₃ - More bands. More speed.
Hop on the tri-band superhighway and get 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and the new 6 GHz band.₄ Which means you’ll get faster speeds and a more reliable connection.₅ - Self-monitors and diagnoses.
Nest Wifi Pro monitors itself, diagnoses network issues, and can even fix some common issues on its own. - ₁Actual speeds depend on your internet service provider, network conditions, connected device, local regulations and environmental factors. Wi-Fi 6E-compatible devices enable the full benefits of Wi-Fi 6E. Intended for indoor use only.
- Router placement and home size, materials and layout can affect how Wi-Fi signal travels. Poor router placement and larger homes or homes with thicker walls or long, narrow layouts may require extra Wifi points for full coverage.
- ₂Nest Wifi Pro should only be used indoors.
- ₃1 Up to 2x faster as compared to a Wi-Fi 6 router that supports 80 MHz channels. Wi-Fi 6E specifications are based on use of a Wi-Fi 6 or later generation client device that supports 160 MHz channels.
- Actual speeds depend on your internet service provider, network conditions, connected device, local regulations and environmental factors. Additional routers may be needed for full coverage.
- ₄A Wi-Fi 6E client device is needed to directly access the 6 GHz band, which is limited to indoor use only.
- ₅Actual speeds depend on your internet service provider, network conditions, connected device, local regulations and environmental factors.

Customer reviews
Write a reviewGoogle Nest Router - It solved the problem I had with the wifi router that I had in the house. Perfectly covers our house and the connection is not interrupted.
Great Range no issues with this Wi-Fi mesh system.
Extendo power ftw! - Very easy to set up and I love how steady our internet is.
Simple and Good. - I know there are stronger systems but we purchased this one due to ease of setup and already being the in the google ecosystem. It does everything we expected.
Best Product with perfect access on our 3 floors - impressive performance. Using it at home on three floors.
Way to go - I used to have old version of this mesh,it was good but this one,the experience is excellent.i have strong signal all around the house,i am glad I upgraded my mesh system.very happy with my purchase.
I genuinely have had 0 problems - It works good, I don’t really notice it which I suppose is a good thing. My friends say my house has good WiFi too
Power cable notWorking - Power cables is not working, and I have to get another one on Saturday. They should’ve checked them selling it to me.
Great WIFI Mesh - I have had this now for about a month, and it has been very solid with no dropouts. The coverage and speed of my Wi-Fi have been great. I have a 3500 sq. ft. home with a basement with zero issues.
Amazing Product - Purchased this Mesh because my Generation 1 Google Wi-Fi system finally stopped working. That one last for a really long time. No joke, I honestly think it was almost was going to hit 10 years. Since that original work amazing, I gave this one a shot. It is a significant upgrade from going from Wi-Fi 5 to Wi-Fi 6E. The setup was a snap and everything is a breeze. You will definitely appreciate the speed difference. The only downside is that these devices (even though they are aesthetically pleasing) are much bigger than the original pucks so you might have to make adjustments of where you place them.
Google Nest Wifi Pro - Love the Nest. It’s my second Nest purchase. Worked perfect out of the box. Easy to set up!
Mesh system - Great mesh system. Highly recommended and very easy to setup.
Google Nest struggle in old solid building - The setup is really easy and the app gives me good access. It took two 3-packs to cover the area though because the range was cut down significantly by the lathe and plaster walls of a hundred year old building.
Works great would surely reccomend and will continue to be a repeat consumer
Best Mesh Router ever purchased - Nest Wi-fi AXE5400 is the 7th router we get for our home and it's the best we have so far. No-brainer setup in 10mins, strong signal across 2 floors that makes 1GB Spectrum Internet worth paying. There has been no lags experienced when moving devices from floor to floor. Unlike others, there is virtually no heat generated underneath of router units. Besides, without external antennas, this router looks nice blending in with desk decors. We're glad that we took advice from the Best Buy representative to purchase this router and joining Best Buy membership is totally worth it. Highly commended for large house or multi-story home.
Great product and great price. - Bought this many years ago. Product lasted a long time . Highly recommend.
Super easy to install - This router is great, super easy setup. It really helps boost my Internet signal.
Performance Review - After installing the system I have not noticed any noticeable improvement from the previous model (4years old) to wifi connectivity in my home.
Worked better than expected - Adding this to my home has drastically improved my Internet speeds. I was skeptical at first because I had the older generation of the Google nest model and it didn’t really work to my satisfaction. But as soon has I connected these newer, Google products and conducted the Wi-Fi tests inside. I’ve never seen speeds this high in my home. Sometimes I like to play games on my PS5 and I haven’t had any connection issues. We also own a smart TV in my home and before connecting the Google products we used to have a lot of buffering, but ever since I switched the network, the connection has been seamless. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone.
