Nintendo switch 2 - I like the quality of the image and the handles and the fact that 2 players can play

Perfect - I purchased a refurbished Nintendo Switch, it was in person condition. No scratches and everything works perfect.

A step up from the first Switch - Its definitely worth the extra money because it has Bluetooth connectivity so you can use BT headphones or earbuds. Slightly bigger screen too.

They Don't Honor Their Warranty - Bought a refurbished Switch OLED for my son, it simply stopped accepting a charge within the 90-day window. I took the Switch to my local Best Buy and they sent it out for service. Two weeks later I get notified through the Best Buy app that the Switch is ready to be picked up, only to arrive and be told the Geek Squad sent it back unrepaired. I was then told I had to call a number and provider I never heard off, but was apparently a 3rd party through which they sent their refurbished items through. Apparently if it's an item they sell in store and you buy it at Best Buy they can fix it, but if it's a refurbished item THEY SELL IN STORE but you buy it from the Best Buy website online they can't fix it because the item is now somehow different even though they sell it and would repair it if you bought it in store from Best Buy. Now I have to do all the leg work to get it fixed and they took two weeks of my warranty time and wasted my time as well. Oh, and there is no mention of this policy or 3rd party service anywhere online or in the store. Way to go Best Buy, I'm sure you'll never go out of business lol

Orange screen - I keep getting a orange screen I am very disappointed with this productI wish I could get a replacement

Perfect Condition - My refurbished Switch came in perfect condition. No scratches, and running just like my friends' consoles, which they purchased new. The battery life is amazing, too! I can play for about 3-4 hours a day, and not need to charge it for more than 3 days.

very clean and easy to figure out - i use it everywhere i go! great for the airport too. very good to carry around and came neatly

Good quality - About this item for my daughter for her birthday and originally I was concerned that you might see signs of where with it being a refurbished product. But I was pleasantly surprised when I received the item and it was packaged very nicely and all of the parts were wrapped individually. There were no signs of where on the item and it basically looked brand new.

Works and looks great - It works just like it should and it was in pretty good condition.

Oled switch - Even tho I bought this Nintendo Oled refurbished. Cam with no scratches no dent opened it like brand new. Gabe this to my girlfriend since she doesn’t have a console yet and keeped her busy and she’s happy with this purchase !!

Decent - I was sad when it didn’t come in a box. There were a few small scratches but device works wonderful
