The performance so bad - Unfortunately I am pursuing it, during my short visit in USA when I am trying to using it in my home, I found it head a lot after using one minute. And then performance so bad .
Refurbished PlayStation 4 Never Really Worked - I purchased this device for my Daughter. Right out the packaging, it started having issues where I had to unplug it and plug it back in to get video. I knew I should have sent it back but my daughter was fine with it. She had been away for a while and now of course, doesn't work. Of course, it is 8 days after the warranty expired. AWESOME!
play station 4 - Works good so far , only problem is with the play station site itself

The controller didnt work at all. Ive tried rebooting it and it still didnt work. I even bought another cord and it still didnt fix it. The controller also had it looked like bbq or some sauce around the joysticks.

Great deal - I ordered a refurbished PlayStation 4 and it arrives on time. There were some scratches on it, but I have had no problems with it and it works perfectly fine. It’s a great deal and still irrelevant gaming system today.
They don't clean the inside of the console - Received the console and opened it to install a bigger hard drive only to discover that the console was not cleaned. Chat customer support setup a Geek Squad appointment. Dropped of console for cleaning. Returned for pick up only to be informed that they are not allowed to open the console. Certified refurbished means that they will make sure the console runs and clean the outside.
Excellent PS4 for the price - The PS4 arrived very quick and came with everything for it to work. Very impressed with the condition and how well it work for the price definitely would recommend to purchase from Best Buy
Best gift for a nostalgic gamer - Brought this for my younger brother who's into old school gaming. Came in decent condition, would have liked they bubble wrapped it a little more to prevent the dents it came with but overall works like a charm.
My nephew loved the ps4 - It came to me in very good condition and worked at 100% good quality My nephew is delighted with his ps4
