Overview
- 24/7 Health monitoring
Make improvements toward a healthier lifestyle with extensive health monitoring features, such as Body Battery energy monitoring, stress, Pulse Ox and women’s health tracking — including past ovulation estimates — and more. - Advanced sleep tracking
Get a sleep score and personalized coaching for how much sleep you need and how you can improve. Even keep track of different sleep stages and naps — and see key metrics, such as HRV status and skin temperature, to better understand your health. Plus, with the sleep alignment feature, see how aligned you are to your circadian rhythm and see your sleep consistency. - Health status
See whether your health metrics — such as heart rate, HRV, skin temperature and Pulse Ox while sleeping — are trending away from your usual range, which could indicate added stress to your body. These changes could be related to physical activity levels, environment, stress, alcohol intake, potential illness, and more. This feature is currently available in beta4. - Workout options
Track all the ways you move with more than 80 preloaded GPS and indoor sports apps — including walking, running and more. Reach your goals with Garmin Coach training plans for running, cycling, strength and fitness; some even adapt based on your health and fitness metrics. Or get daily suggested workouts made specifically for you. - Lifestyle logging
Log custom or preset behaviors — such as caffeine and alcohol intake — and view reports on how those lifestyle choices impact your sleep, stress and HRV in the Garmin Connect app. That way, you can make more health-conscious decisions. - Everday utility
A bright LED flashlight provides convenient illumination when you need it. Make and take phone calls from your wrist when your watch is paired to your smartphone. You can even control watch functions with voice commands — or use your smartphone’s voice assistant to respond to text messages and more.

Write a reviewGarmin Venu 4 - Love my new fitness watch! Has so many different functionalities that track your health metrics. Start of highlighted quote:It is very durable and the battery life is wonderful! Easily connects to my phone and keeps me notified.End of highlighted quote Very sleek design and does not look big or bulky.
Garmin is my new best!! - SO much easier to navigate settings than previous smartwatches. very comfortable on the wrist. the face is also much easier to read than others. all of the features i wanted/needed in my smartwatch are included. PLUS many others I didnt know i needed but find super useful! Garmin is my new best!!
Garmin Venu 4 - This has been the best smartwatch I have ever a bought. I love the battery life, with only needing to charge it once a week. The touch screen is so smooth and has clarity. Use it in every run because it tracks everything accurately and garantices a great workout.
Venu 4 - I absolutely love the battery life, workout metrics and sleep coach.
New features I like - Like the longer battery life, brighter display and the fact that notifications shut of during the hours of sleep
Solid Watch I Returned - This watch is awesome in many ways. I've been exploring different wearables over the past several months and this one was super good. Workouts and health tracking are amazing. I loved tracking workouts and comparing it to my other wearables. Body battery is awesome. Creating my own workouts and tracking them on reps and with weight was solid. Battery life is AMAZING. Lot's of things to love about this. The watch is also beautiful. The first and only watch where the stock screen never changed. I loved the strap as well. Easily the most secure band I've used that never gets in the way. My biggest letdown on the unit is no LTE. Had this had the options to bring in LTE over any major cellular companies, I would've kept it and would completely dove into this ecosystem. It's just not practical for my life when so many other options are catching up and in some cases surpassing these devices that also offer cellular plans. I'd never spend a grand on a watch, which is the only way to get a service on garmin devices, and in that world I can't natively use any communication apps. That's a huge "no" from me. If they ever release future versions I could add to my cellular plan, download google messenger, google wallet and things like that I would happily jump back over. Until then, this is something that won't work for me.
Great upgrade from Fitbit line for people starting - Great product with good track and rep/set counts for people starting with resistence training. Sleep tracking and other features takes a few weeks to get use to but once you do you can take better control of your health. Feels good and quality product too.
Good Watch Overall - It’s solid but you have to redownload music every time you update a playlist which can be irritating. Also, if you haven’t typed in your passcode and the watch turns on under your sleeve sometimes it’s starts freaking out and types random passwords
Not user friendly - I consider myself as tech savvy. This watch has not been user friendly. The set up and use are not intuitive. I have even had my daughter try as she is seeking a CS degree. It's too late to return it or I would. This does tell time. I do like the health monitoring aspects. I like that it has fall protection and is ECG capable. I won't like thst it won't connect to my phone properly. It connects to give me a notification and I can answer a call but thats it. And you can't hear if answer the call. Its not old man hearing either. My daughter can't hear either. It won't connect to play music or play through the watch and we have yet to figure out how to download to it. Both Garmin assistant and google assistant are non operable. I am so disappointed so far. We haven't tryed to use any map features yet. We get frustrated when try anything on this thing. This one is so not worth the price.
Non-Ultra Marathoner Disillusioned by Apple - I'm in my forties, I don't run marathons or meet my buddies to scream at each other in the crossfit gym. However, I wanted a watch the provides some of the lifestyle appeal of an Apple watch with an ecosystem that is health-centric and expandable. The Venu 4 meets these criteria with flying colors as well as slaying the dragon of nightly charging (why would Apple even offer sleep metrics when you know that you have to charge your device every single night?). This claims 12 day battery life (always a claim based on light usage, decreased brightness, no Always On Display, etc....), but even with this nuanced rating, I am averaging about 8-9 days, so that destroys Apple's 12-16 hours that I was averaging on an Apple Watch 7 (yes, I know that it's aged and the battery life wanes over time - the best I ever achieved was about 26 hours with the brand new model). The display is bright, customizable, and has all of the pertinent information I was using on my Apple Watch - I have stocks, weather, fitness metrics, texts (no, I cannot reply to them on the watch, and every other notification that I had on my Apple Watch. So far so good with this product. Even bought the Garmin scale thorugh my HSA account and it integrated seamlessly.
Garmin Venu 4 45mm - The watch battery is as long lasting as it is advertised. I love all the features to include the altitude, compass and health tracking metrics and the reliability.
Garmin Venu 4 - Price is a bit high, doesn't really feel like it does any more than my Venu1. The screen protector options for a solid glass protector don't exist. For an outdoor watch the screen broke pretty quickly and had to have it replaced.
So far so good - Been using for a month or so. So far so good. Lets see.
Love the watch and it’s got so much going. - Like seeing my text and calls without looking at phone.
Great data and battery life! - Very useful for everyday fitness tracking and gives reliable data that’s easy to understand. Love it!
Great insight - Battery life is amazing, seems to give accurate ratings and great insight. The glass over the screen can scratch easy so if worn a lot its worth getting a screen protector. The watch interacts seamlessly with an android phone. Overall this is very accurate in telling me how fat i am.
Very good overall - Great battery life. Consistent health tracking. Sleep tracking seems very accurate. Flashlight is surprisingly good and very useful. Plenty of downloadable customizable watch faces available.
My ride or die - I’m a very active person, love the accurate information about my steps, my sleep and i just love the app itselfs. it helps trough the day so much.
Amazing watch - Amazing battery life! I can go a week sometimes more without charging it. Very accurate sleep score and just over all good looking. I came from the Apple Watch Ultra 3. Could not be happier!!
