Customer reviews
Write a reviewWorst device ever - Calories are not tracked accurately and GPS connection with phone are pretty bad, causing low quality performance tracking
Overated. - The app is unorganized for a screen less tracker. It has failed to track me sleep a few times and I need to manually add the sleep timings. For weight lifting the data is poor as you only get cardio information. This is my first Garmin device. This will be my last Garmin device.
Great product! Just didn’t work for me - I’m a super heavy sleeper and the vibration alarm clock just didn’t work for me. LOL Everything else was great.
Needs updates from Garmin - Works well on its own. Does not always work well with your other Garmin watches in the app. Updates from Garmin could fit this.
Device does not perform as advertised - I purchased the device to better understand my VO2 max and wear it on runs. The device needs to obtain GPS data from another device (I used an iPhone 17 pro) to calculate VO2 max. The device does not incorporate the data well and vastly underestimates running distances. I reached out to product support and they said it is functioning as expected and the device should not be expected to incorporate GPS data accurately. Garmin said I should have purchased a different device as this one is not capable of doing what it advertises.
Great smart band for the price. - Does everything it advertises with no issue. I really enjoy the sleep tracking metric.
Great garmin device without a screen - Works s as intended. Comfortable. Battery life not as good as a Gamin watch if oxygen is measured continuously.
Poor Battery Life - I purchased this two months ago, and unfortunately, the battery only lasts two days, whereas it was advertised to last up to 10 days. I won’t be recommending this to anyone..
Brilliant product - Really like the product, very similar to the whoop. Almost as good as the whoop but this is a one time payment so really like the product
Good quality - The metrics are very precise—100% recommended. It helps you track your recovery and sleep, and you can also log your activities.
Love the Garmin Cirqa - This wearable is comfortable and very insighful into my health. It advises me on my sleep and is very intune with my workout levels.
Great product when it works. - Buggy. Virates randomly for alarm or activity. Sensors are better than a series 10 Apple Watch when they work. I wanted it to work so bad bc of the low emf. I’m sure it was just early adopter tech issue (I was opening release) and they’ve worked out the bugs. Glad Best Buy takes care of me and I can return as I am tomorrow.
I really like - For me, the Garmin system is the best there is, and this watch was the missing piece. Approved!
Happy to not have a screen - Truth is, I can barely read a watch screen anyway. I like the Garmin eco system. Does a great job with sleep tracking, easy to switch wrists when one needs a break. Mostly forget about it until I glance at the app. Band is a little hot and doesn't breath very well. Metal bit at the end of the band is sharp and catches on things.
Cirqa records a lot of data and user can define their needs. I find the band uncomfortable, it needs a bit more contour. I like the device altho i would like to see data in real time since i don't prefer to carry a phone during exercise and i was aware of this when i bought it. Overall i like the Cirqa and find it useful and would recommend it.
So good! - This smart band is so comfortable, I forget it is even there. I'm glad it doesn't have a screen - one less thing to grab my attention. The trackig and the tips are very helpful - somehow I sleep better and have more motivation to do sports activities. Definately worth the money.
Awesome band! - The Garmin ecosystem enhanced the band. I use it for every day and sleep. And my Fenix for workouts. I love using mechanical watches and this allows me to wear the band on my bicep while wearing regular watches. Great battery life!
Worked fine at first, then hurt my skin - I was very happy with the Garmin at first, and it worked perfectly for the first 10 days. However, after that, I started experiencing what felt like small electric shocks from the device. At first, I thought I might have been imagining it, so I didn’t think much of it. The following day, I took it off to charge it and noticed that the area of my skin underneath the device had become red, irritated, and painful to the touch. This was very disappointing and concerning, especially for a product that is designed to be worn continuously on the body. I believe Garmin should have tested the product more thoroughly to prevent issues that could potentially affect consumer’s health and well being. I hope Garmin takes this kind of feedback seriously and investigates what could have caused this reaction
Good tracking device - I love Garmin products, and this one does a good job of bringing wristband tracking to the mix. I enjoy bicycling, and it tracks that well. I bought this device mainly for heart rate monitoring and HRV, and it's reasonably priced. So I like almost everything about it, but I have three minor complaints. First, why not just use a standard mini-USB connector on both ends? The piece that connects to the device is proprietary. You still charge from a regular mini-USB source, but you need Garmin's proprietary cable to do it. Second, the Connect dashboard could be a lot friendlier. It's not bad for a free, non-subscription product, but I'm hoping it improves over time. Third, the clip on the band could be better.
