Epson printer - Excellent printer. I have purchased several of these printers at Best Buy.
Stay away - Worst printer ever. Firmware updates change settings and print quality is bad. lines don't align and use lot of ink

Great Printer - Great quality for the price and really easy to use…
Epson Printer, Scaner, Fax - I bought a Workforce 7840 printer because it holds both envelopes and paper in 2 separate drawers. No need to replace paper with envelopes when mailing letters; simply switch from printing paper to printing envelopes on the computer. Printing is slower with the Epson than with my old HP. Unlike the new Epson printers, the WorkForce 7840 uses the old (and over the product's lifetime) more expensive water based ink. Finally, the pan that holds the paper as it comes out after it is printed, does not, on its own, go far enough to hold a full 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. I must manually pull the pan out to the full length for 8 1/2" x 11" sheets. At the end of the day, it works, however it is clumsy and does not use the better ink other Epson modes use.
Good Epson Printer - A little heavy but good printer. Just wish it used tank type ink.
Great Product and Service - Our family can always count on Best Buy to have the quality items we need! The Epson printer has all the features we need when we are working remotely.
Quite literally the worst printer money can buy - This product has given me nothing but headaches. It’s constantly throwing errors. It constantly changes the trays it gets it paper from so I’m constantly having to change it’s settings. Good luck getting it to connect to the internet. Error 000031 is going to drive me insane.

some areas hard to read - might work fine if your location for it was at eye level the majority of the time, otherwise not
Perfect for any job - Great printer and reasonable priced. Easy setup for wireless printing, scanning and more
Connection Issues - While it prints just fine, every mode in which to connect to your computer or phone takes a significant amount of time to connect. Yes, I downloaded what was necessary as well as it being a new computer. The problem is the most of the software just doesn’t work properly, and utilizing the WiFi auto connect or the other methods almost always disconnects mid print and give you have a print.
