Dell – DW316 8x Slim External USB DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive – Black

My review of the CD/DVR Recorder - It's small and nimble, light weight, it was easy to install the driver and configure the device. Truly satisfied.

work great - this was a great fine does what its meet to do great

No problems. - Plug and play. Hooked right up, burned a DVD. No problems. Well worth the price.

External dvd-RW/CD-RW drive - I have not gotten to use this yet. But i was happy to buy it since most laptops have done away from them being installed.

External Drive-Easy to set up! - Easy setup, works great! Was really plug and play, which is fortunate since there aren't many directions with it. But, setup was easy once plugged into PC and downloading software.

Small device, works well - This device will read audio CD in windows and linux.

Great product! Plug and play. - Easy to setup and use. Just plug up and play. Great product!

Dell DW316 external USB DVD/CD player. - Works great. Download the driver from the enclosed CD and it's ready to go.

Dell RW - This is a great product to have on hand. I would recommend this item if needed.

Cd-rw drive - Very good addition. Computers today come without CD R W Dr. so this works well.

Love this laptop - This performs great allows me to surf the web with great speed

what I wanted - works perfectly in my home doing what I wanted it to do

Great Price for Ripping Music CDs - Checked all the boxes for an inexpensive way to primarily use to rip Music CDs thru my desktop PC. Have not used yet for playing DVDs. Supplied USB cord is short, so factor that in if you are using a desktop PC.

Bought on a whim - I needed a CD DVD drive in order to use my MacBook Air with some content that I was trying to download. It was exceedingly frustrating to find items in Store that were not required to be ordered through marketplace vendors for comparable pricing. I was very ecstatic that an associate recommended this item and it’s by a major brand that has been in the marketplace for a long time. It was only about $20 when I purchased it and I was a little reticent on the price. However, it was plug-in play immediately with my MacBook Air and I’ve had no issues with it! I would highly recommend for students or anybody who needs the addition for their computer or laptop.

When you need to review a DVD or Cd - I got the product fast and used it fast. The drive downloaded the information I needed, so consequently I began using it to investigate several of my other discs. Lightweight, easy to store, and easy to use.

Dell-External CD Drive - I love that you can plug it into the USB drive and it works. My new Dell Slim computer did not come with one. My only complaint is it's super loud when it is spinning. Other than that no problems.

dvd-cd for new incomplete computers - must have for the no feature new computers they force us to buy.

Good product - I needed a device to connect to my desktop that would enable me to read and play discs. Nothing extraordinary. This drive fit the bill. Affordable. Easy to install and use. Just what I needed.

Awesome product!! Works great !! - Love this dvd/ cd player. Plays well and is portable. The size is perfect for tote bag or backpack

Get's the job done - I do IT work and need a DVD drive from time to time. Some drives have 2 USB ports. One for power and the other for the drive. I like this one because I avoid that issue. It might be slower, but when you have to work on a computer that only has one USB port this works out in a pinch. I've used these in the past and had to replace my last one as I have misplaced it. Dell's drives seem to last a lot longer than many of the other brands that I have used. I have yet to have one break on me. It isn't as fast but that is due to the lack of power. It is a sacrifice worth making for the reliability and convenience of a single USB. If you want speed, you will need to go with a different brand, but this one is fast enough without dragging really slow. It is by far not a disappointment.
