Mitchiepoo review - You get a lot more than you pay for. It's easy to use, fast, and lightweight. The one drawback is that when I hover/thinking about making the click, I have had it click through. So lets call it a light touch which I can get used to.

Dell Laptop Great for Remote Work Requiring Speed - I’m pleased with my purchase and with the assistance given to me by the salesman at the store in Union Square in the City. He answered all my questions. He was patient and capable of calming me and reassuring me after my HP laptop suddenly died just before the beginning of an important remote work contract. I like the touchscreen but do not like that the batter is inside the chassis of Dells now, so there’s no way to interchange batteries as there was with Dell before. I would like the keyboard to light up, and it does not. Other than those two things, it is a good computer.

Perfect for our middle schooler - We have thoroughly enjoyed this computer. Nothing super special...serves the needs of a middle schooler who does all their work online. Additionally, they play a few video games on it and we haven't had any issues. It is a little bigger than they'd like, but as a parent, the bigger screen is better.

Glitchy Laptop - The laptop does not take a standard Dell USB-C charger, and several times it has glitched by giving me an error screen, and having to reset itself. I’m concerned that one of these days. It will not make a comeback.

Dell laptop - Good performance works well easy to maneuver. Exactly what I needed for school.

Good for College Studen - my son can do all his classwork on this computer he has had no issues with it

Problems from the start - At first it wouldn't charge, but it was already charged. Nothing but pronblems. Graphics are often shaded in white, can't see the screen, then it fixes itself. Sound happens, on occasion! Constant updates, Microsoft problems? Who cares!!! JUNK!

Works great for an online student. Would definitely recommend!!

Great laptop - Fast and easy to use. The touchscreen is nice and seems like the battery lasts long.

Fast Processor, Nice Display - This is not a high end gaming computer, but is a reasonably priced computer good for school, home computing, etc. This is my first experience with a non-Intel processor and I am very impressed.

I love Dell laptops - Extremely easy to set up with everything you had on the previous laptop.

Great new laptop - I like the updates from my last 15" laptop - slimmer casing, options to control the fan differently, super easy to set up and carry over settings and files. I just wish it came with an integrated webcam COVER that I could slide on and off.

Amazing! - I absolutely LOVE this computer. I traded in my new iPad for hits for college courses but I literally use it for EVERYTHING watching Netflix doing 5 different college courses, working full time. Its just amazing.
